Felt very rushed. Brought in 1 year old Grandson pulling on ears. He looked at them , said they were pink and probably infected. But then sent me on my way. Said to keep an eye on him. I asked what about his fever as he was walking away and he said 100 is not considered a fever. That was a Sunday Urgent Care visit. Glad his doctor is open tomorrow (Monday) he has been up all night crying, pulling on ears and now a fever of 102.

Dr. Frane is always so practical and has a good sense of humor. I enjoy visiting with him and appreciate his expertise and humility. He’s a great listener and physician. My husband really respects and feels comfortable with him, and our children see him too. Everyone at the Northwest Physicians clinic-all employees and practitioners there, are top notch, efficient, and caring. Dr. Frane is always so practical and has a good sense of humor. Dr. Frane has been taking care of my parents and myself for almost 2 decades. He has definitely become very inattentive and rushes you out as fast as possible. You don't feel like you are being heard and that your time (money) has any value meeting with him.

Great doctor with extensive knowledge in a variety of areas.

He listens and is very knowledgeable. He’s helped me through a lot and never gave up. He’s a great doctor.

Dr. Frane has been my doctor for many years and I feel very lucky to have finally found a doctor who actually cares. I have a complicated medical history and know that I haven’t always been the easiest person to help but he never gave up on me, even when I had given up on myself. He is very on top of things like getting you your results or returning a phone call in a timely manor. He is very knowledgeable and makes sure you understand what is going on with your body and that you understand your treatment plan. He’s good at explaining things in a way that’s easy to follow/understand. Unlike many doctors, he listens to your needs, wants, concerns and suggestions. He’s nonjudgmental and is always willing to help.

I would not recommend him. He came in and completely misdiagnosed me in about 10 minutes. He sent me on my way with a prescription for something that I did not have. I was lucky enough to have my wife take me to the ER later that day where after a thorough examination they determined that I had a blockage in my kidney and was in renal failure. All the signs were there...they just had to ask the right questions.

Dr Frane was extremely quick. He listened to my concern and wrote me a prescription. He didn't take my vitals, no blood pressure, temperature ect.. He did not listen to my lungs or heart. I ended up having to go elsewhere and they took blood work and found my white count was very low.

I had the honor of meeting Dr. Frane and with my issues to say I was skeptical is an understatement. I'm so happy I seen him. He is a very kind and thorough Dr. Ive had primarys who from the time you meet them they are a nightmare. Not Dr. Frane!!!!! He treats you like a human being. If you need a Dr who cares about his patients, he is your guy. If you need a Dr who knows what they are doing, he is your guy. I trust him completely and that alone says a lot about his charecter. I have hope again, and that was stripped from me awhile ago from a non caring physician. So my review is definately 5 stars. Thank you Dr. Frane for being an awesome dr. Your not replaceable. Excellent Doctor!

Love Dr Frane and about 80 percent of the other providers. There are a few duds in one of the other offices, but not in Rogers. ,You can pick them out of a lineup and I say just avoid them.
