Excellent service and very friendly

--DO NOT TRUST HIM!!! --- HE'S RUINED MY LIFE!! --- He was a super sweet "doctor" at my first appointment and, then the true version of who he is came out later. He did 2 back to back laminectomies that left me handicap both times for months. I went from walking in pain but, extremely mobile before he performed surgery to, being in a wheelchair unable to even stand or walk at all. I needed 24 HR care thanks to him!!! I thought maybe I did something wrong during the healing from the first surgery so, he assured me the second surgery would fix it. Weeks after his last botched procedure, I had an infection and went to see him. He told me to go see my pain specialist that, "It's not my issue to fix." Even though it was on HIS surgical site and, the only doctor to ever preform a surgery there. Even after telling him my back is spasming non-stop and, that I'm literally going on 72 hrs without sleep, he still showed no compassion. I notified him during multiple visits that, I don't want any pain pills but, please just make the spasms stop. I've had kidney stones that weren't as painful. All he would say was, "Well it's still healing" and walked out, without saying anything more. I finally gave up and quit going to him. I was more mobile BEFORE he butchered me. Update: on December 6th, 2022 I went to a very reputable orthopedic surgeon to see exactly what Elders has done to me. I was informed by my doctor that, Elders shaved way too much off my lower spine, leaving a HUGE part of my disc missing. I now have to pay out of pocket to have a rushed fusion done, in order to save my back. Yet again, Elders has screwed me over. Please heed my warning, and find another doctor or, at the very least, get a second opinion before you allow him to perform any type of surgery. I wish everyday that I had done that.

Calm quiet office, seen quickly. Dr Elders spent a fair amount of time explaining options in a manner which was easily understandable.

I went to Dr Elders with multiple chronic spinal issues. First…he took the time to LISTEN to me as well as interpret my history and the imaging he ordered. We tried a few conservative treatments before he suggested surgery. Again, Dr Elders listened and explained my situation then asked if I was open to surgery. I was. Dr Elders impressed that for me surgery would not be able to address all areas with issues but it has been a true game changer for relieving the most lifestyle limiting pain. I also appreciate that he performs the procedures himself instead of referring to another dr or pain clinic. Currently I am doing PT and we are working together on additional treatments.

They are very nice and caring. The facility is very clean and professional looking. And very knowledgeable and understanding about your problem when you go in.

Overall quite good. They had a problem with their internet when we were there but they managed to serve me properly. They are moving and to a new location which will be much more accessible for a person in my condition gratefully. Dr. Elder was a good listener and provided options for care. I’m a 90 year old widow and listening to my concerns are appreciated. I highly recommend Dr. Elder.

Dr. Elders is by far the best doctor that I have had the pleasure of knowing! He is the BEST surgeon EVER! He did an L4-L5 S1fusion on my back and I was up and running in no time with no pain from the incision and very little pain from the fusion. He has done the same for my partner and also did fusion in the neck area and again no pain and great healing time. He has a great office staff as well. Alicia is his scheduler and she is prompt, fast, and efficient along with a beautiful smile and great personality. I can't say enough good things about them both. I highly recommend them both. My boyfriend had surgery on May 16 and was prescribed a very low dose of pain meds. We had to go to the emergency room 2 days after to get a better pain medication. Since then we have been calling his doctors office everyday with no answer. We’ve had to go to the ER TWICE since then because they can’t answer the phone. Dr Elders was nice and effective but his office is very unresponsive and not helpful at all. I’ll change my review if someone actually decides to check their voicemails and reach out. Dr. Elders has been known to my family and highly recommended by my own physicians that I work for. He performed surgery on my mother and got her back to normal. I came to see Dr. Elders for my carpal tunnel issues. We tried a non invasive approach first, but then required surgery. My surgery went fine. Stitches look amazing cant wait for my post op appt. lol Alicia was very helpful with some questions I had regarding my recovery. She had the answers and always follows up. My experience with Gregory Elders was not at this location, however it WAS at the hands and scalpel of Gregory Elders in 2006 in Fort Worth Tx and (You'll notice I don't address him as Doctor because, Doctors' first law is DO NOHARM. Gregory Elders did a LOT of harm to me by using product off label and NOT approved by the FDA. He was in my spine for nearly 9 hours and soon, was as I understand, moved out of the area so he could continue his "PRACTICE" and that's exactly what he was doing..."PRACTICING"!!! it's now 4 spinal surgeries later and umpteen procedures and medications and GOD only knows how many HUNDREDS of thousands of $$$$$$$$ and my life as I knew it pre-Gregory Elders is GONE forever!!!! Don't do it horrible staff and bed side manners un effective

Dr. Elders performed a Surgery on my L5-S-1 , 7 years ago. He disappeared right after my surgery. My left foot has dropped ever since the surgery. He doesn’t need to be operating on people .

Dr. Elders and his staff took care of my extensive back issue. They are compassionate and focus on my well being. I know, after a valuable office visit ,that better days are ahead.. great surgeon.

Amazing doctor. Very conservative with his treatments. He truly cares for his patients and listens to their issues. I didn't realize that he specializes in Spine but also does other body parts. I would HIGHLY recommend you see him!!

Dr. Elders has treated me and my husband. Hubby had multiple back issues and we are so close to him enjoying a life without so much pain. I've had the unusual issues; Dr. Elders always steps up to my unusual challenges. His staff is amazing and he really cares about his patients.

Didn’t seem to really care. Dr. Elders really couldn’t give much advice other than I needed to exercise. When I asked repeatedly about my future prognosis he couldn’t offer much. I left my appointment feeling like I really didn’t learn anything . Not to mention I waited over 40 minutes to see him for 10 minutes. If he’s reading his reviews, I’d suggest he offer patients a plan to help them deal with their issues and offer follow up. I was left feeling like I was just another person he had to DEAL with.

The office staff is very rude, they don't answer phone calls . Most of the time goes to voice mail. When they do answer the phone they are very rude. Dr. Elders fees are so outrageous. He charged me 890.00 for an office visit to look at my knee and an MRI I brought to him . Saw him for five minutes and he charged me for drainage (which was not done) 498.00 and a steroid shot claiming the meds for 54.00. My cardiologist doesn't even charge this much dealing with the heart . I have had steroid shots before and NEVER been charged this outrageous fee. I would NEVER refer anyone to him. He is a fraud who loves money and doesn't treat his patients fair. I myself, was in the medical field for over 45 years. This is the worse Dr. I have ever dealt with.

Dr Elders did knee replacement surgery on me Wednesday so here it is monday I. At the ER the wound looks awful so er doing blood test and giving me antibiotics.. And as far as the answering service goes the lady who answered the phone was highly unprofessional and she lost it and started screaming at me.. I think she should be terminated..

Horrible Doctor, Didn’t show any concern for My condition, said I need physical therapy to start off, Jesus, I’m 60 years old, I need my back fixed so I can move without Pain!!! Sheesh ???????????? Won’t be going back to this Mickey Mouse!!!

Many years ago, when Dr. Elders was at Baylor in Frapevine, Texas he performed a 360° spinal fusion revision with hardware. My previous fusion had collapsed and I originally thought he was a Godsend. But, he implanted a piece of hardware contaminated with MRSA and refused to remove it after it was discovered. Because of that contaminated hardware, the MRSA from my L4/L5-S1 encapsulated and then spread into my bones, causing osteomyelitis. My hip fractured because of the bone infection, less than a year later and since the osteomyelitis has continued to spread, I'm now bedridden and in chronic pain. He sent me home post OP with a fever of 102 and drainage from my surgical incision. His entire attitude was very cavalier. Life as I knew it, ended the day he performed my surgery. I am bedridden and suffering from the chronic bone infection and chronic pain daily. Dont let him touch you. There's a reason he's moved around so much in the past 10 years and it's not skill.

Dr Elders gave me my life back. After seeing so many doctors and surgeon who originally did my fusion didn’t take. He was able by experience figure out even though MRI showed it looked good it wasn’t fully fused. I lost a year and a half barley moving off the couch as I was in horrific pain and found Dr. Elders and next day after surgery I could walk. His vast amount of experience were other doctors kept saying put in Spine Stimulator he said he truly believed it was my fusion that didn’t fuse. And he was 100 percent correct. He’s a great surgeon and honest. Highly recommend him.

After going through first surgeon who did fusion telling him things were not right it only got worse. Then seeing pain pain management doctors just wanting to try steroid shot was a nightmare. Was in severe pain barley left home over a year and a half. All doctors said Spine Stimulator. Dr Elders believed my problem was from fusion never fusing properly even though it looked fine on MRI’s. His vast experience and explaining what he believed to my husband and I made sense. So we set up the surgery and I have been able to walk again and see my family and friends. He gave me my life back. I did a lot of research about Spine Stimulators and only a small percentage it helps. Dr. Elders put rods in my back and cut off bone spur and I am forever grateful to find a caring and honest surgeon.

I just started seeing Dr. Elders. He seems like a good guy. His office staffs customer service rates a big zero in my book. Between people telling you that it’s not my job and redirecting you and people not returning phone call it’s hard to figure out where you stand or get anything done!!!!

After a year or more of dealing with th pain I had from a Herniated disc in my neck, my previous physicians continued to overlook exactly what was going on. He reviewed my MRI and also diagnosed a second problem that was going on also. He preformed the disc replacement in my neck, eased the pain in my arm and said I would be out for 8 weeks recovering. Because of his gracefulness and expertise . I was able to return to work in 3 wks. The entire staff was was very nice and very professional

After having had an excellent experience with Dr. Elders doing a Lumbar Area Fusion, I had him perform a total left knee replacement surgery, My recovery was faster than I expected and I truly did not experience a lot of pain. I had physical therapy while at the hospital and he prescribed home care with nurse and physical therapy care, it all went well now I am in outpatient physical therapy and it is also going quite well and I a very satisfied with the recovery and post operation results.

I liked the idea that Dr. Elder's approach to help with my symptoms was non operatively he recommended to try Physical Therapy vs surgery and medications.

I love the bedside manners of Dr Gregory Elders, He is Ann amazing Surgeon, I had a Lumbar Back Surgery because I had Lower Back Pain radiating to my right leg, my pain was completely gone when I woke up just after surgery.
