Dr Dworkin changed our lives when our son was 3. We were constantly having to do nebulizers, which can be very challenging with a small child. He started him on a pump with a spacing chamber and within a week he was treating himself. He also started him on inhaled steroids which made the need for albuterol much less frequent. Great doctor! Dr. Dworkin is a very kind and knowledgeable doctor. He takes his time with his patients. He never makes you feel stupid for asking questions! My son likes going to him.

Avoid if you can

I can't come up with a single reason why I wouldn't highly recommend Dr Dworkin to anyone in our situation. He has helped my three year old son, who is dealing with asthma. He is straight-forward, without a hint of arrogance. He was tremendously patient with us (I brought along younger bro as well), and even went out of his way to provide us with medicine that otherwise would've been very expensive for us. He also treated my husband for a collapsed lung 25 years ago. Good man, great staff!

My daughter saw Dr. Dworkin numerous times over a two year period. He diagnosed asthma despite an atypical presentation. When she collapsed and was rushed to another hospital we learned that she never had asthma but instead a progressive and fatal lung disease. Stay away.

He spend a good amount of time with myself and my 2 1/2 year-old son making sure he thoroughly explain everything so that we understood. He was able to help my son tremendously. I would highly recommend

Seems to be more interested in himself than the well being of his patients.

I was rushing to get my son to his appt. on time while having to bring my 3 other younger children along also. As it turned out I rushed for nothing. My son and I, as well as my younger children waited while Dr. Dworkin carried on what was obviously a personal discussion with a woman who was probably the mother of one of his patients. It seemed he had a total disregard for anyone waiting. He finally saw my son and asked how he was and sent us on our way. Didn't even listen to his lungs.
