Excellent doctor

Love love Love doctor Olson. Frazxel has helped reduce my Maslama and my dark circles. And yes there is something in the world that helps with dark circles.

Excellent! From start to finish, the staff is friendly and engaging. Dr. Olsen is phenomenal, I started to experience melasma and she quickly explained what was happening and created a treatment plan. She is knowledgeable, friendly and very professional! Highly recommend her!!

I got an eyebrow lift, nothing changed, he said wait 6 weeks and maybe it’ll look different and it didn’t. So basically...I walked out looking exactly the same as I did when I walked in but now I have 2 massive scars on the side of my head. So now I look exactly the same but my money is gone and my head is permanently scarred.

Dr.Gregory did a eyebrow lift and told me to wait 6 weeks. It still hasn’t changed not one bit he has lost a very important delgado client. If you’re not experienced with the surgery being asked for you shouldn’t be doing the surgery. Legal action will be taking place. Don’t waste your money on this doctor.

I had three laser treatments on my face a year ago from Dr Olsen , to reduce wrinkles and dark spots. I am now beginning another round of treatments and already see another big improvement in lines and wrinkles. And I'm 79, so this is really impressive!! Dr Olsen is not only highly competent, but also extremely nice and very candid (eg about things like pain, what results to expect -- or not -- and need to get follow-up treatments). Dr. Shirley Olson is the best! I’ve been to a large number of cosmetic dermotologists so have quite a comparison base. I would definitely trust her judgment helping you look natural but fresher and younger.

Dr. Olsen and Dr Dick are fabulous. The treatments are expertly rendered with amazing results and the relaxing humor and dialogues are just wonderful.. This has been consistent for my many years with them.

Dr. Dick is an incredible doctor! And I can't say enough about his sweet, compassionate, and accommodating staff. My 3 year old daughter split her lip open and needed stiches. His office squeezed her in within 2 hours and had her stitched up with a lollipop in hand within 10 minutes of our arrival. They took what could have been a horrific and traumatizing experience and turned it into a calm, pleasant experience (as much as can be expected with a 3 year old and a needle.) I was originally referred to a different plastic surgery practice to have a very minor procedure on the inside of my hand to remove a "cherry angioma" (a small, surfaced bundle of blood vessels creating a bubble that looked like a blood blister). Long story short, they wouldn't see me because of my insurance coverage, and I was frustrated that I had driven all the way to the office on my one day off for ONLY the consult (an additional copay!), and then couldn't be seen anyway! I called Dr. Dick's office as I was angrily walking out to my car to get a consult scheduled ASAP and they were so helpful and kind. Their receptionist, Shelly, had me walk over (their office was the nextdoor building) right then, and they were able fit me in to be seen right then! At this point I was so grateful to have just my consult so quickly, but then Dr. Dick came in and offered to remove my tiny angioma right then as well! As a cherry on top (no pun intended!), the nurse who helped Dr. Dick with the procedure and with my suture removal the next week (I believe her name was "Ellie"??), was such a joy to talk to. She is very experienced with many years of healthcare under her belt and made my time in the office pleasant and fun with all her stories! While this probably isn't standard practice for most offices, and obviously couldn't be done for all procedures, the point is that their office is incredibly welcoming and accommodating. Dr. Dick is very calm and reassuring, and his work is immaculate and exceptionally detail-oriented. This practice is terrific! We used them for our son, who required help for his face after a serious fall - that worked out flawlessly. They did great work and were great with our young boy. Since then we have also used them for several other procedures. We have always found the office to be cheery and the advice to be professional and well thought out. The office is easy to get to also. This office is a one stop address all your concerns from the immediate satisfaction of a few expertly places injections to the amazing long term beauty solutions of laser treatments! We were so grateful that Dr. Dick fit us in on an emergency basis after my daughter was injured at school. he fit us in within one hour and it was infinitely better than having to go to the ER since we knew she needed stitches. Since the cut was on her face it was a huge relief to know she was being treated by a plastic surgeon. It was my consultation visit. The doctors explained very detailed about procedures. Very warm atmosphere in the office.

My dermatologist first recommended Dr. Gregory to me to have a mole removed that was located on my face. That was years ago and I can barely detect a scar. In the years since, I've gone to his office for other issues and even brought my son for an issue that required surgery. Not only did he take take the time to evaluate and discuss each procedure and answer questions, his staff is equally as engaged. Wonderful group of people all around!

I would recommend this office to my family and friends.

The doctor is very kind and caring, and he took a lot of care to make sure I would be happy with the results of my surgery. The entire office staff is also wonderful, very friendly and helpful.

I have been a patient with Dr. Rick and his wonderful caring wife Dr. Olsen. I wish you could give more than 5 stars. They put their patient's care at 110% satisfaction. That includes the warmth and care they provide. I could go on and on here because they are all of these things and more. The quality of their work is amazing. I wouldn't go any place else even for advice. Two beautiful people who take pride in all they do.

The Dr. and his staff were incredible kind to my toddler who needed emergency stiches. Everything healed so well, and he was able to work us into his schedule right away. I am so glad our pediatrician suggested that we call him.
