Dr. Browning is great. Always takes time to explain everything to you. I hope he enjoys his retirement.

I’ve been a patient for over twenty five years and have always felt confident in Dr Browning’s care. His exams have been thorough, I will continue to see him.

I seen other eye docs in the area and couldn't get a diagnosis. I went to Dr. Browning and he didn't stop until he had a diagnosis. He and his staff took their time and weren't in a rush to get me out the door. The took their time and explained everything to me , asked if I had questions. Dr Browning and his staff are amazing! I would highly recommend! My only word of caution is this will not be an in an out appt., he is very thorough so lan accordingly.

When I put herpes down as one of my diagnosis he told me "congratulations." What he didnt know was I had been raped and that was how I contracted it. He was essentially congratulating me on being raped. One of the most traumatizing times in my life compounded by this terrible, arrogant man. One star for him is too many. He talks down to people and wait time was over 3 hours.

Waited 1 hour up front & 2 hours in the back. Completely unacceptable, we will definitely not be back. The staff looked miserable

I waited over 1.5 hours to go back...another 2 hours in back office. Unacceptable.

I would recommend Dr. Browning as an eye doctor, however his glasses salesman deceived me into buying a pair of glasses costing over $300, I paid $118, and he said my insurance, Aetna, would pay the balance. Jim, the glasses salesman should be trustable enough to know what insurance companies will pay. I called Jim, who said he would get back to me, but he never did.
