The staff was efficient and kind. The office was clean and welcoming. When Dr. Brandt arrived however the attitude changed immediately to uncomfortable. He did not attempt to help my child become more at ease at all. After about one minute of questions he told me my son’s condition was of my own doing. The appointment was over not long after. It was one of the strangest interactions I have had to date, especially for one of my son’s specialist visits. Everyone has off days, and maybe this was one of doctor Brandt’s. But the few times I saw him after this, he did not seem to have the kindest personality then either. I hope this is something he will work on.

The staff was great unfortunately our experience with the dr was horrible. He didn't listen to any concerns we had about our child's care. When we asked questions he became angry with us and left. I truly hope that he doesnt treat all his patients this way.
