Dr Blackman is outstanding. A rare combination of a doctor with advanced medical knowledge and bedside manner. He performed surgery on me and I can thank him enough for saving my life. He takes it to the next level in patient care

I went into have a mammogram redone because they saw something on there. Dr Blackman did not take the time to read my records otherwise he would have known that I was seen by a breast specialist and had a lump removed 3 months earlier. Apparently he did not what scar tissue looks like either! When they called to book me my appointment I explained to them about having my lump removed! Instead of reporting that to the doctor they made me come in ! I was stressed out the whole time waiting for my appointment! I went in and ended up having an ultrasound and the technician saw my scar and asked me about it. I explained to her everything! She did the ultrasound and went to talk to the doctor. The doctor came in with a smile on his face (not funny at all). Told me it was just scar tissue! I asked how come he did not know that or read my records. All he could say (with a stupid smirk on his face). We don’t have access to that information! My friend was with me and she said to him do you know what you just put her through. Her just smiled and left the room!! I never felt so humiliated in my life! That man should not be working in women’s health care! He did not care how I felt or what he put me through! All my work and test were done at the same hospital so they have access to all my information. This doctor couldn’t be bothered to read them and actually get informed of my background!
