Dr.Baum did a spectacular job on my breast reduction. Having been told to wait for 3 years to even be considered and having him be my doctor made me feel so comfortable and safe. He never made me feel nervous talking to him about anything. Doctors make me nervous at times but I always looked forward to the appointments because of his kind and fun nature. 10/10 suggest him for any work done and especially if you’re a teenager and get nervous when it comes to more intimate procedures!

Dr. Baum is a gifted and outstanding plastic surgeon. I had a mini face and mini neck lift six weeks ago, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I literally look 15 years younger. I am extatic as the results far exceeded my expectations. Dr. Baum and his staff are professional, punctual, organized and the office is immaculate. Dr. Baum and his staff were absolutely amazing! I had a keloid on my arm for years and I finally decided to have it removed. I was very impressed when I had an issue after surgery, that the doctor had me come in on a Sunday morning to ensure all was well.

This office is amazing and Dr. Baum is incredible! I had a breast reduction and I am not even a week out and I am so happy and impressed by this office and the doctor. He was very thorough about what he was going to do for me and honest about what to expect for results. Wonderful and caring surgeon! Got a breast reduction to alleviate back pain and I am so happy with the results! I am now comfortable in my skin and pain free. Aftercare was great and he listens to all concerns. Highly reccomend.

Dr Baum did my surgery about 6 months ago. He was available in the middle of the night (on call) to help me through a problem and came into his office the next day (Saturday) to check me out. I was impressed by his dedication and care! All staff were friendly and knowledgeable and always made me feel comfortable.

Dr. Baum was my surgeon for my breast reduction in early 2018. In the 2.5 years since my surgery, things have been great. I waited to make my review for more long-term results. It was an outpatient surgery and went perfectly. I had a few follow up appointments and Dr. Baum answered all of my questions and took the time to explain thing I didn't understand. My scars are minimal and lightened at this point. I used Mederma to help with that after surgery once Dr. Daum said it was okay. I have been a patient for over two years. The staff is great. My wait time is no longer than 5 min. Doctor Baum is excellent. He always takes the time to explain everything in detail. He is a very caring doctor who always strives to meet your personal needs.

I had a great experience with Dr.Baum. The office staff is very friendly on the phone and in person. He made me feel very comfortable talking about the procedure during the consult, and made sure I was comfortable during the procedure itself. Dr.Baum made sure I had all of the information/instructions before and after the procedure. He also made sure my follow up appointments were up to date. Had such a great experience! Everyone in the office was so pleasant to work with. Dr. Baum made sure I was comfortable and knew what was going on every step of the way. Couldn’t be happier with my results! My only regret is that I didn’t do it sooner!! So impressed!

Dr Baum made me feel extremely welcome, safe, and supported. Finding surgeons as a trans man was somewhat difficult, but Dr Baum gave me the chest I've been dreaming of and was incredibly considerate while doing it. Outstanding results! Dr. Baum is a highly skilled, extremely qualified surgeon, who cares deeply about his patient. After researching online for cosmetics surgeons in the Central New York area, I came across Dr. Baum with high recommendations. From our first consultation to the post examine, I felt relaxed and comfortable as he takes time to listen and provides honest answers to your questions and concerns. My results look absolutely natural. Most people don’t even know that I had a procedure, but I’m able to see a significant improvement. I am 6 weeks postop from breast augmentation with Dr. Baum - there are not words to explain how amazing he truly is; from start to finish this experience was over the top. I am an obese woman. Obese women want to be beautiful too. So I went to him to see if he could do a tummy tuck on an obese woman. I believed that it was possible as I have seen pictures of it on plastic surgery websites. He walked into the examination room with a clipboard and the first words out of his mouth were "You are 100 lbs overweight!". He was able to see how much I weighed as it was in the notes he had. I had waited weeks for the appointment and heard good things about him..I was so hopeful. But I was crushed when he walked in and by the way, after he said that (he didn't even bother to say, "Hello, nice to meet you, I am Dr. Baum", he literallly walked in saying "You are 100 lbs over weight)..but the second most hurtful part was that he giggled. I was so hurt there are no words for this. It took me tremendous courage to make the appointment. Obese women can have some kind of surgery too. Just google tummy tuck for the obese. I would never have surgery by him.

I wanted to thank Dr. Gregory Baum and all of the staff at CNY cosmetic & Reconstructive Surgery, LLC. 11 days ago I had a new procedure called Bodytite. So far I am over the moon with the results!!! I am a mom of twins and pregnancy left my stomach looking not it’s best!!! It was no longer something I was happy with because of the loose skin. I had consulted with Dr. Baum last year knowing I needed to have my previous breast augmentation (done by a different plastic surgeon, and only having had my sub-muscular silicone implants for 4 years) re-done, also due to pregnancy and my one side consistently hurting and being uneven due to the stretching of the muscles and skin from pregnancy. At the same time I consulted with him about a tummy tuck. Dr. Baum was so honest and explained everything completely to my husband and I, that I truly wasn’t a good candidate for a tummy tuck because it would leave me with more scars than it was worth, and I truly didn’t have enough skin to make it worth the scars. I appreciated his absolute honesty and decided to forgo a tummy tuck but went ahead with my reconstruction of my breast. I can’t even begin to tell you how incredible I feel because I am absolutely pain free on a daily basis, but they look even better than the first time I had them ever done! The staff at his office made scheduling very easy from the girls at the front desk, to Cathy working with my husband and I on financing, to his nurse Krystina, the other nurses at his office, to the staff at Crouse where Dr. Baum performed the surgery. He had talked with my husband after the procedure and my husband felt incredibly pleased with his professionalism and the fact that Dr. Baum is so very personable and kind. Having had many of different procedures in my past, that is one thing that doctors often forget is that small act of being personable and friendly instead of being short and blunt. Fast forward to 11 days ago. BODYTITE!!!! I seriously can’t believe the results so far and full results are 6-12 months post surgery. The fact that this surgery can be performed on any part of the body, and to get the results I’m starting to see, I’m in absolute awe. The procedure itself was performed in office by Dr. Baum. It’s a very fast procedure, you do not need to be put under anesthesia, I was given localized numbing injections in the abdomen area so it was incredibly comfortable and I couldn’t feel anything, which made me feel relaxed the whole time. The only thing you even feel is just pressure from the cannula. When Dr. Baum explained that it uses RF-induced heat to allow the tissue of the skin to contract itself, and you can pair alongside liposuction to allow for removal of fat as well as tightening of the skin, it just made sense to go forward with this. The heat sensors never get hot on the skin so there wasn’t any burns or pain from it. Dr. Baum explained that traditional liposuction can leave you with no fat, but sagging skin from the removal of fat. With Bodytite, if you choose to pair it with liposuction if needed, the fat is liquidized and removed, followed by the RF-induced heat sensor to help retract the skin. This surgery is so beyond affordable and has so far made me so ridiculously happy, I seriously can’t thank Dr. Gregory Baum enough. Dr. Baum and his staff are all incredibly responsive and caring. I had a wonderful experience from the very first consultation right through my procedure and the months of healing afterwards. The level of care is outstanding!

Due to several c-sections leaving my stomach very saggy, no amount of exercise could fix, I had a doctor perform a tummy tuck. This resulted in a horrible, uneven scar, and bulgy skin in my pubic area. Dr Baum did an amazing job correcting this large scar, and lipoed beneath it to remove all the excess fat left behind. The results were more than I expected, and now don't have to worry about wearing long shirts to cover up the botched job of the previous doctor. Dr Baum's staff is also very friendly and courteous to deal with and I highly recommend him without question! Dr. Baum was candid, honest, and open about what I could expect with my surgery. Every body is different and he explained that well. He called me personally the day after surgery and his staff was available to answer questions as they arose. Surgical staff was fantastic and my results are great.
