It's been 3 years since my last visit and the physicians and staff are nothing short of amazing.

I have been been seeing Dr. Santilli for over a year now and couldn't be happer with the results I am feeling from the treatments I have been receiving! I haven't breathed this good consistently ever in my life.

My son actually enjoyed the appointment and liked how doctor explained his test results and next steps.

I am a long standing patient of SWAAC. I am in the maintenance phase after 5 years of allergy shots and can’t say enough about Dr. Santilli. There is 2 way communication about current and future care. He is attentive and is very thoughtful when discussing what needs to be done and when, especially since I am highly allergic to Penicillin/Amoxicillin and treating something as simple as a sinus infection. If you deal with allergies and want an honest recommendation and treatment options, he is the right person for you.

Dr. Santilli Is very knowledgeable and friendly. I have full confidence in my allergy treatment plan. The policies and procedures at Southwest can get tedious and ridiculous at times but Dr. Santilli is the best part about Southwest.

Really enjoyed meeting Dr. Santilli. He is knowledgeable, thorough, and a good man. Appreciate the guidance and bedside manner.

I love Dr. Santilli! I wish he could be my primary care physician too! He spends one on one time with you and listens to all of you questions and concerns. He makes sure that you understand everything. His staff is so kind. I cannot brag on this office enough!!!

Excellent experience overall. Dr. Santilli quickly became my favorite physician with his interest and concern over my health issues. He is willing to seek answers to provide the best treatment possible.

Fantastic results and experience! Dr Santilli reduced my allergies by 80% of a 2 year period.

Doc is very personable, gets to the point and does a great job of explaining the diagnosis and treatment regimen. Would highly recommend to others.

Dr. Santilli is thorough and provides many options to one problem. We have severe allergies to food as well as the normal ragweed, etc. and he is able to navigate these areas fantastically for my small kids.

Dr. Santilli is a wonderful doctor! Informative, personable, and forms great relationships with his patients.

I have had the worst allergies since grade school and never knew what to do/where to begin. I would try to take allergy medicines and they all just seemed to make it worse. Dr. Santilli explained everything so well and answered all of my questions. After seeing him I feel so much at ease and know that we have a plan. I highly recommend this office! Dr. Santilli is an amazing doctor and kind person. When he came in he broke down everything I was concerned about, talked us through the test process, and when it came time to make a plan of action he was very clear and ensured I understood everything. I feel so confident in his findings and treatment. His staff are also all very friendly, from check-in to check-out it was a great experience.

Refreshing to go to Doctor who wants to find answers versus a shrug and a prescription. Excited for next appointment!

Dr. Saltillo and his staff really care for the patients. They are engaged in your mood as well as well being. They grade their performance on how effective your treatment is for improving your quality of life. I am not a patient but my son and wife are treated here. I am very familiar with their treatment since I go to my son’s appointment. My wife and son have both had improvements to their allergy symptoms with allergy shots. My son has improved the most. I believe that starting earlier in life may provide more benefits. The only drawback is that they may never want to stop going since it’s been so effective in improving their symptoms. I know after about 3-5 years you can stop going but if you have symptoms 9 month out of the year like my family then it is not an attractive proposition to stop treatment when you have so much relief. I would recommend them to anyone who is suffering from allergies and you just want your life back. Dr. Saltillo and his staff really care for the patients. Dr. Santilli is so personable, and he listens to every detail of the latest in my allergy journey. He’s encouraging, he solves the problems, and he takes the time to answer every possible question I have.

Efficient yet friendly and informative staff. I knew exactly what to expect after my first visit.

Dr. Santilli is a great healthcare provider. He asks questions, listens to the response, and offers options and/or the strongest recommendations, appropriate to the diagnosis, from there. I am a veteran and use VA healthcare for the vast majority of my care but it was much easier finding an allergist outside of the VA. At my request, Dr. Santilli sent my prescription(s) to the VA pharmacy to be filled and I receive my refills (as needed/PRN) from there (the VA pharmacy). Dr. Santilli is also a fan of WWII and the VA as he trained at a VA hospital in Ohio if memory serves me correctly, so he has big reverence for the VA and for veterans. I would recommend others to Dr. Santilli.

He’s a very good Dr. I travel 45 miles just to keep him as my Dr.

I absolutely would recommend Dr Santilli. He is thorough, takes his time, makes sure the treatment plan is effective and exhausts all possibilities for treatment. I give him 5 stars! 10 if they have it!

This was a first visit. Dr Santilli took the time to review my history prior to the appointment. He evaluated me, listened to my concerns and gave me an action plan to follow. I highly recommend him.

Just in for a quick follow-up visit and Dr. Santilli was extremely thorough and took the time to answer all of my questions. I like the way he listens to his patients, takes plenty of time and doesn't make the patient feel "rushed".

My treatment has been very successful thus far, and historically I have had a great relationship with Dr. Santelli. The nursing staff is also absolutely fantastic. However, in my recent visit with Dr. Santelli, he began ranting about politics and political issues which made me extremely uncomfortable. His rantings were completely unsolicited and repeated throughout the visit. I would even categorize some of views as borderline prejudiced against people from a specific country. Whatever your political affiliations or ideologies, I don't think a medical visit is the proper forum to discuss politics--especially with a patient, and especially when its unsolicited. I'm continuing my treatment with SWA&A mainly because the nursing and administrative staff are so fantastic, however I don't think I will return to see Dr. Santelli again.
