Dr. Gregg William Hosch

My dentist sent me to him and after examining a bump in my gums, he determined it was related to an old root canal from years ago. He didn’t even charge me for the visit but advised me I needed an endodontist for a new root canal.

I am appalled at this doctor and the “service” that was provided. I took my 25 year old boyfriend to get his wisdom teeth out this morning. The first thing the doctor had the audacity to say was “now don’t you wish you had gotten them out as a teenager like they told you to?” We just kind of laughed it off, although it was rude. Hours later my bf is still bleeding profusely (talking horror movie style) and I call to ask for help. Don’t get me wrong, Jodie was super nice and helpful. Angie was anything but. They told me I should probably bring him back in. As we were driving there the bleeding seemed to stop so we just went to fill his prescription instead, after which I called and let them know we weren’t going to have to come back in. Then as soon as we got back home the bleeding started again. I called and told them and Angie was SUPER rude, telling me it’s our fault the bleeding isn’t stopping because we keep replacing the gauze, when the instructions literally say to replace them once they become drenched. I told her he has a bad gag reflex and we don’t know how to get the gauze to stay in and she said no one has ever had that problem and that’s all she could do for us. They were very insensitive and seem to think we all do this everyday and should know what to expect. I am astounded and disappointed. Now I understand the 2 star google rating. I guess the doc thought I was more out of it than I was after surgery....because he was engaging in some inappropriate talk with the nurse. She looked uncomfortable. I was uncomfortable. It was weird. He also was rude from the get go but I brushed that off. My surgery went fine, one year later no complications. I just wanted to put this review out there because I have never have anything like that happen in front if me in a professional setting. Keep it professional doc, if you wanna hit on your sweetie at work, text her, or wait until your not standing over a vulnerable patient with a history of PTSD. JUST A THOUGHT. Not good with children. Lost his temper with my little girl. Will never return to him.
