Dr. Anigian and his staff are wonderful. I am 4 weeks post op from a mini tummy tuck and breast lift. I feel great and love my results already. The surgery center that Dr. Anigian uses was amazing as well. I couldn’t have had a better experience.

Dr. Anigian, Deb, Ruth, Rhonda, Marty, and the entire staff, thank you! I suffered immensely from my breast implants. I was sick for many years with a great deal of pain/symptoms of BII. Dr. Anigian removed my implants in January. The moment I arrived at the surgical center I felt at ease. No anxiety whatsoever. Marty, Dr. Anigians nurse, Jeff Stone, the anesthesiologist, and I chatted away about traveling, and before I knew it, I was out. I woke up from anesthesia without any issues. The next day, Ruth called to check on me and has been in touch ever since to answer all my questions. Through this entire experience I had a support system with Ruth and Deb, going above and beyond to make me feel at ease and cared for, love you both. Dr. Anigian, thank you for the beautiful results. You are truly are an angel. I appreciate your skill, precision, and technique. My breast are healing each day and they look AMAZING!

This review is long overdue. I have had 4 C-Sections and nursed all 4 children. This, along with age (mid 40s), left me with significant excess skin in my abdomen and breasts that had no substance. Dr. Anigian completed a Mommy Makeover on me in January of 2020. This involved a Breast Lift, Tummy Tuck and Liposuction. My results are OUTSTANDING. It is so nice to be able to wear shirts that are not tunics as well as jeans that fit in the waist. Dr. Anigian clearly explained the surgery and the recovery. If anything, he underestimated my results. I had no idea he could put me back together this perfectly. He is not a plastic surgeon. He’s an artist that has been trained as a plastic surgeon. I’m so thankful for him and his staff. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Wonderful surgery experience. I've had the 2nd surgery with Dr. Anigian for a head lump problem that had worried me a lot. He assured me it wasn't dangerous, and it turned out it was very easily removed by him, with no post-operatory issues and no pains at all. I will, of course, go back for the 3rd skin issue I have, in confidence that there cannot be a better cosmetic surgeon in Dallas. My gratitude to Dr. Anigian and his highly-professional staff. On a last note: as someone who fears surgeries, I also found his office to look more calming than others I've seen.

Dr. Anigian is an excellent surgeon and artist. He is a perfectionist and does amazing work. Both my sister and I have had procedures done and we both have been extremely happy.

Dr Anigian did an excellent job! However, he failed to listen to what I wanted. I wanted the opportunity to have my breast smaller than because I had been big all my life. My results ending being the same as previously, which was embarrassing to me and people who knew I wanted them smaller. My next big concern was his billing department. She doesn’t understand billing and codes to use, which leaves you with paying for your surgery and not benefiting from your insurance. I put her on the phone with my insurance provider, which they explained what was needed. She got off the phone and told me they didn’t care, but that Dr Anigian was not going to lose money. She suggested I do a payment plan. Because I had paid so much money already, i couldn’t afford for him to do my reconstructive procedure. The office I used was very affordable; everything explained to my understanding and I got the size breast I wanted. Again, Dr Anigian is a good doctor just need to listen and get rid of his billing lady. Outside of the billing lady, he and his staff were very friendly and professional. I have been seeing Dr. Anigian for many years. Everytime I have an appointment, it is a wonderful experience. I saw Dr. Anigian for a 2nd opinion. I had breast cancer, double mastectomy then an implant rupture which was replaced but it never felt right and was painful. Dr. Anigian immediately knew what the problem was and how to fix it. I am pain free for the 1st time in almost 8 years and I cannot express my gratitude enough. Dr. Anigian performed my breast reconstruction after my bilateral mastectomy due to a breast cancer diagnosis. I cannot imagine going through the diagnosis and multiple surgeries without the compassionate care and unparalleled expertise of Dr. Anigian. Dr. Anigian never rushed through my appointments and always made me feel like he had all the time in the world for me. Most importantly, he did an outstanding job on my reconstruction. His staff is also amazing (Lindsey, Ruth, Gracie and all the others - thank you!) I will be forever grateful to Dr. Anigian for his skill, artistry and compassion!

Starting with the initial consultation, it was obvious that Dr. Anigian and his staff are a dedicated and caring team of professionals who work closely to provide the best possible outcomes and treat patients with respect. I cannot say enough fantastic things about Dr. Anigian & his staff. I was diagnosed with breast cancer in Jan 2019. Dr. Anigian was a referral by my surgical oncologist. I chose to have a double mastectomy/ reconstruction and Dr. Anigian along with his staff have been an integral part of my recovery!! I was told nothing but positive things about him and thru my experience found it to be true. Dr. Anigian is an experienced, detailed and compassionate doctor. I would highly recommend him and his staff !

Wow. I CAN NOT say enough amazing things about this physician. DR. Anigian or as I like to call him, Dr. GENIUS, has given me life with the mere touch of a scalpel. This man doesn't speak a lot but he speaks through his work. I am a breast cancer survivor and Dr. Anigian was highly recommended by my oncologist and several other medical professionals. He has a reputation of being meticulous and he listens to you. I CHOSE him because he wanted me to take my time and think about my future with reconstruction. He wanted me to not think of the fastest solution but one that would last a lifetime. He did a few surgeries on me including a DIEP flap which was about 12 hours and even though I was worried because that's a natural thing getting a surgery, he and his staff made me feel at ease and comfortable. From my first visit to Dr. Anigian's office, I was made to feel comfortable, all my questions were answered in depth and I was treated with great respect. I had 20 year old breast implants removed and a breast lift done. The procedure was quick and I am very pleased with the results. I cannot even say I experienced any pain after surgery and during recovery, I did have some slight discomfort which was easily managed with one or two pain pills. I am only 8 weeks out and already my scars are miniscule and I am very pleased with the shape of my breasts. Should I need any additional cosmetic surgery, I will go to no one other than Dr. Anigian.

Dr. Anigian does not care about breast cancer patients. After two failed attempts, his comment was "I tried my best". I question his skills and Knowledge, however, there is no doubt about his greed. He insisted on payment up front for the other breast to match the reconstructed breast, telling me Medicare would not pay. Vulnerable at the time, I did pay. Later I insisted on a medicare claim. It was covered. His Practice Manager had to refund. Cold; lacks communication skills.

The experience with the staff is just awful on the phone, I found them very rude and unprofessional. I don't know what the Dr. is like but the front desk needs replacing before I would even consider booking anything for my wife or recommending it to others. I was calling in for some help.

Dr. A and his staff are fantastic! They were all so helpful during my breast cancer surgery and the reconstruction process that followed. I was so "on the fence" about having the breast implants. The staff was extremely patient with me. They answered my questions and offered encouragement. To this day, I am extremely satisfied with the outcome and more importantly so appreciative of their "holding my hand" through this life changing ordeal! God is so good! Dr. Anigian has been a blessing. He understands that good reconstruction can be a long process. He recommended that I take a lot of time (almost 4 months) to let my body heal between mastectomy and DIEP because I had just finished 6 months of grueling chemo. Frustrated at the time, I just wanted it to be over, but he was right. I was stronger, and the DIEP was easier than I imagined. I was prepared for the phases after DIEP and am so happy. He is an artist and is respected at Presby Dallas.

I had a second procedure done by Dr. Anigian in January, 2018. (Breast reduction and Lipo). I have had excellent results. The recovery was much easier than I thought it would be. As with my neck and eye surgery last year and the breast reduction and lipo this year I am so pleased and happy with how everything turned out. I consulted with Dr. Anigian for reconstruction after a double mastectomy. He did a bilateral latissimus dorsi flap with aeroform expanders. I am more than pleased with the procedure. He explained everything and answered all my questions. His staff is amazing and very patient and caring.

When I was diagnosed with breast cancer, I was informed I would have to have a bilateral mastectomy which was difficult to handle. Upon my first meeting with Dr. Anigian, I knew he was the doctor for me. He is knowledgeable, professional and a perfectionist. Now, with each procedure I need to have, I am always extremely happy with his work. Every time I leave his office, I feel confident that he and his staff put me as a priority. I highly recommend Dr. Anigian!

I stupidly got a piercing from an inexperienced piercer *cough cough* myself and had built up scar tissue that caused a very noticeable and painful bump on my ear. Dr. Anigian saw it upon an unrelated visit and said he could get rid of it in a quick procedure. HE DID! He was able to remove the scar tissue and my ear is back to normal, doesn’t hurt anymore and there is NO SCAR. Dr. Anigian is great and I absolutely LOVE the gals at the front window. All around great office visit and experience.

When I walked in for my breast reconstruction consult, he was very unprepared. He told me that the best option for my triple negative breast cancer was the flap surgery because I wouldn't need chemo or radiation. 1. I'm not triple negative 2. I didn't know if I'd need chemo 3. I told him I didn't want the flap surgery because I am a runner with no stomach fat(5'8, 135lbs). He refused to listen to me and told me it was my best option with no concern for what I wanted and only cares about money

Dr. Anigian performed my reconstructive surgery after a double mastectomy 7 yrs. ago, and it is amazing work. So my level of trust was already high when I chose him recently for add'l surgery. My facelift and the other procedures we chose are beautifully done, with completely natural results - I keep getting compliments on how rested I look! Dr. Anigian and his entire staff are highly-skilled professionals who provide a caring & compassionate experience - they're wonderful.

Dr. Anigian is a fabulous surgeon. He surpassed my expectations on a very difficult and complicated case. He has an eye for the aesthetic which combined with his surgical skills is a dream come true. He is very professional with a terrific bedside manner. Further, he is forthright, -- direct and honest; a character trait I appreciate . -- The only surgeon in Dallas I would ever consider.

Dr. Anigian and his staff were exceptional in their level of care through my surgery. My results from liposuction exceeded my expectations. I am absolutely thrilled. I now have botox on a regular basis with Dr. Anigian.

Where do I begin? I have had a breast reduction and liposuction by Dr. Anigian, not to mention numerous visits to his esthetician, Rhonda for facial procedures. He and all of his staff are the best. They are professional and very considerate of your needs as a patient. My surgeries and facial care well exceeded my expectations and I will be scheduling more in the future. I have recommended him to my mother, as well, for her breast cancer reconstruction because in my opinion, he is the BEST!!

I have never written a Dr. recommendation before, but my extraordinary experience with Dr. Anigian and his entire staff bodes a review. From my very first interaction to my last I was blown away by the personalization of care. I was never rushed, and all of my questions were answered in detail. They knew I was nervous and they took my fears into consideration throughout all of my visits. Thank you Dr. Anigian, you set the standards for exemplary care.

I went to Dr. Anigian for a breast augmentation and had an experience that I regret having to write. No full physical beforehand, no EKG to make sure I was capable of undergoing a major surgery, no mammogram to pre-screen for breast cancer, no post-op exercises to do, no discussion of what a "contracture" is why that it is a risk factor. I left with 2 uneven breasts and a contracture which I am having to afford yet another surgery to repair. I would never recommend him to anyone I care about.

I don't know if 500 characters will be sufficient to describe my experience with Dr. Anigian and staff! I was diagnosed with breast cancer in Jan 2011. What a rollercoaster of a ride - dealing with your emotions, insurance, what is the best procedure, etc.! Dr. "A" and his team/staff were extremely patient with me as they walked me through all of the necessary steps to ensure I would receive the best treatment for my situation. Thank you Dr. "A" and staff - what a blessing you were to me!

I have been to Dr. Anigian several times over the years as well as his aesthetician. He has a wonderful office, extremely nice staff with short wait times. So unprofessional! I wasted my money! He did a breast lift with implants on me. Botched one of my nipples and barely lifted them. When I expressed my dissatisfaction this jerk pointed to my postpartum pudge (below my naval) and said "well look at you. You're not going to look like a playboy bunny."

Dr. Annigan is one of the most professional physicians I have ever encountered. Women come in for very sensitize issues and amazingly he makes you feel comfortable during the office visit. From what I understand, Dr Anigian is a wonderful surgeon. However, I feel you want a caring and compassionate doctor when you are faced with breast cancer DO NOT walk into his office. This man cares nothing about the emotional wellbeing of a woman who is going through one of the toughest times in her life. I was told that I was fat, and that I needed to lose weight. Never mind the fact that I had just undergone 5 months of chemotherapy with a steroid. This man has absolutely no heart.

Dr.Anigian was strongly referred by friends and I am incredibly thankful they did! He has done such an amazing job with my surgeries. The results were better than I could have anticipated. Dr.Anigian was very warm and made me feel completely at ease over my questions and concerns. The office is always very clean and the staff makes you feel at home. They are warm, friendly and fun!

You're 60 and you've been diagnosed with breast cancer. This is the scariest moment in your life. You're facing a double mastectomy, and the first words you hear are: "you're a 200-lb. woman on a 120-lb. frame." The "doctor" is cold, uncaring, and doesn't seem to realize that you're not here because you want to be. You don't want perky boobs. You want dignity and some compassion. Well, look elsewhere: even the staff don't comfort you when you leave in tears. This is how he treated my mother.

Dr. Anigian has been a godsend for my wife. She was diagnosed last August (2015) and after her bilateral masectomy he preformed DIEP on her. In her own words, he has made a difficult situation into one of comfort. He is caring and willing to help her understand each step. His staff is fantastic and are always there when she needs them. This certainly has been a process but I believe he and his staff have made as easy on her as possible.

In my case Dr. Anigian came highly recommended. My experience and outcome was terrible. I was referred to get my breast lifted and evened after one breast shrunk after receiving radiation from breast cancer and constant rash underneath. It's been 5 months and my breast look disfigured, uneven & too small. I look like a 5 year old boy. After bringing it to his attention all was said was "sorry". Sorry can't fix it. Very very unhappy and now have to save money and find someone to fix my body.

I have had four procedures performed by Dr. Anigian over the last two years; a breast lift and augmentation that far exceeded my expectations. Once I healed and saw in amazement the results and the excellent post op care I received from everyone in the office, I chose to have chin liposuction and rhinoplasty with Dr. Anigian. This sounds like an incredible amount of work to be done; the amazing part is that the results are so subtle that I don't look done- just younger and firmer!

The staff is wonderful, warm, considerate, and efficient. Dr. Anigian is highly skilled, very responsive, and treats you as an individual. I was very comfortable asking questions and expressing concerns and was treated with utmost respect at all times. We were partners in my care and I am so pleased with my results.

I was incredibly disappointed in the outcome of my cosmetic surgery, as well as Dr. Anigian's attitude toward me upon learning of my disatisfaction in the weeks following. I also regret that I trusted the person who recommended him to me for my cosmetic surgery. I do not recommend him due to my own poor experience.

I highly recommend Dr Anigian. He performed DIEP flap surgery immediately after my bilateral masectomy because of breast cancer and then implant surgery months later. All surgeries were in 2014. The results are phenonemal, better than expected! Both he and his staff are highly caring and professional. The DIEP flap surgery is only performed by a handful of microsurgeons, a 9 hour surgery in my case. No complications throughout any of my surgeries. Office visits are extremely smooth and easy!
