Dr. Greg Goran Stoici

Every single time I was scheduled they would hound me to come in earlier after repeatedly telling them I can't. They don't wear masks or require patients to wear them although we are in a pandemic. They got nearly $4,000 cash from me not counting insurance payment for a partial bridge. They talk about other patients. They made me feel uncomfortable knowing I had a severe dental anxiety. When I started to see them I was so excited to have finally started the process of fixing the issues in my mouth after years of not receiving dental care. Then the final straw was the dentist calling me the day of my final scheduled appointment leaving a sob story about being a single dad & that I would have to come much earlier than my currently scheduled appointment to accommodate his lifestyle. I had scheduled every single appointment with his office at the same time due to my work & personal life schedule.

Went to Smile Design Dentistry on 4th Street after moving from Tampa to St. Pete. I had visited my Tampa dentist office very regularly for years. When I went to Smile Design, I had to wait close to an hour after the first appointment time to see dentist and then he gave me a almost $3,000 of bogus work to be done. Starting with $260 to do teeth cleaning. Do not trust them. Apparently they work on commission. Office Manager is no better. Sat around gossiping instead of helping customers.

In 28 years, I have never had a cavity. I brush and floss religiously. Dr. Greg Stoici told me I had 4 cavities. I went to Smile Design because I got new insurance, which had a limited amount of dentists to choose from. I felt very skeptical and uncomfortable with Dr. Stoici's approach and also was misinformed, as I had scheduled a cleaning, and then the receptionist was trying to sell me all sorts of other visits. Very misleading. I decided to just pay out of pocket and visit my usual dentist
