I wish there was an option to give no star. This Doctor "Greg Kaiser" does not deserve one, not even one. Behind that fake smile, there is a man with no empathy or care. He should be embarrassed that after working for these many years, he does not even know this one medical rule that you never not see a patient, especially a sick child, who is already in the room waiting for an hour. He refused to see my baby because we had seen another Physician before within the same group. Our doctor was on vacation and the appointment lady did not mention anything about the paper work that needed to be done for switching the doctor. Your office makes an appointment to see you, does not mention anything about the paperwork, we show up on the day of, wait about an hour before we are taken into the room where we wait another hour and then I overheard him tell his Nurse that he was not going to see my son. he did not even have a decency to come and tell us that in person. #Doctorsjusttomakemoney

My young daughter has ulcerative colitis. We had a different Gastroenterologist when she ended up in the hospital with a bad flair due to a c diff infection. She was already there 25 days when Dr Kaiser saw here (he was on rounds that day). He changed up a couple things with her medication, and gave her a treatment others hadn't thought of -- she was able to leave the hospital under his care in a matter of a couple of days. Dr Kaiser seems to understand that longtime standards can be supplemented with new ideas and research, which we find is a breath of fresh air. My daughter really like's him, which is a major plus.

Best pediatric gastroenterologist out there in my opinion. He has great bedside manners and he is always ready to answer any question you might have. He is thorough in his care without being pretentious. God bless him!

There are so many reasons why Dr. Kaiser is the best. He really cares about his patients. He takes his time at each visit giving you ample time to ask any questions you may have , explains everything in a manner that you can understand and does not make you feel bad for it. Someone else mentioned that appointments usually run an hour behind. We found the same, but it's because he takes his time and treats each patient with respect. It is worth every extra minute we are there. We just play on our phones or tablets while we wait. He does NOT use nurse practitioners. He does all the work himself. He is extra cautious when it comes to the care of the children he treats. He went the extra mile with our insurance company until they agreed to cover my daughters necessary medications and treatments. He has a quirky and sweet bedside manner. He is neither arrogant or pretentious as so many doctors are. We are beyond grateful to have him as my daughters G.I. You want this man on your side. Vanessa (one of his nurses) who is incredibly sweet and very helpful has gone out of her way to help us is an extra very welcomed bonus. There are so many reasons why Dr. Kaiser is the best. Spends a tremendous amount of time with his patients and answers questions in an easy to understand manner. He immediately knew what was wrong with my son and treated him promptly and correctly. Several ER visits left no answers, but Dr. Kaiser recognized things quickly. Definitely a well-trained and smart physician.

Dr. Kaiser is very knowledgable and personable. He has always listened to all of my concerns and explained things in a way I could understand them.
