Really regret going to this Dr. Hour+ wait. Condescending, rude nurse. Dr. had no knowledge of my history or situation prior to appointment despite all records being sent ahead of time. Spent very little time. Drastically changed medication dose that had been working well for years which caused hormone levels to rise way out of normal, healthy levels. Been living with dangerously high levels for about a year which has caused numerous health struggles and could very well lead to cancer recurrence and additional surgery. Overall definitely didn’t take the time to understand my history or take my health risks seriously. I have seen a lot of Doctors over the years and have never left a public review but I wish I had seen something to push me in another direction while I was researching Doctors. The Doctor himself is nice enough but as someone fighting cancer for the last 13 years who would almost definitely suffer significant permanent damage from additional cancer treatments caused by such carelessness, “nice enough” is not at all good enough. The Dr is great and knowledgeable. He’s a good guy and good surgeon! However, each appointment I’ve had, I’ve waited for over an hour before I was seen. And when I’m finally seen, the one-on-one time with the Dr lasts less than 3 minutes. Patients appreciate prompt visits and individual time with the Dr to be able to ask q’s, and I haven’t gotten either of those things. Good staff, NOT good office organization and scheduling. Our favorite!!

Friendly and great with kids. Have been multiple times and each time they've been professional and personable.

We waited 1 hour and 20 minutes for the doctor to come in and read a result from a peice of paper. He didn't even remember why we were there, and we left more confused with our situation than when we came in.

Fantastic Dr. Very knowledgeable. He has done surgery on 2 of my kids, my husband and sister and he has done an amazing job every time. He is excellent with kids!

I have been to several ENT’s and Dr. Wood is one of the finest. His follow-up care above the rest. His ability to think out of the box and solve problems superb. Best of all his bedside manner is delightful. In other words he takes his work very seriously but not himself. A rare combination.
