Dr. Gordon Smith made my visit comfortable with his humor and honesty. He was very efficient and informal. He made sure to explain all options that I had and the ways in which I could go with what I needed to get done.

I recently had a new patient check up, xrays and cleaning at Facial Beauty Dental. I was quite impressed! I had been concerned because of the ongoing pandemic but those concerns disappeared as soon as I arrived. Masks were required. The reception area was empty and after my temperature was taken at the door, I was immediately lead back and seated. The receptionist was friendly and greeted me from behind glass and all staff wore gowns and masks. My hygienist, Barb, even wore a face shield. This was undoubtedly the gentlest cleaning I have ever experienced. Barb and Dr. Smith answered all my questions about mouth guards and invisalign. I came away much more informed and with a bright white smile!

Yesterday morning, I broke a tooth. I went to Dr. Smith's office the same day to make an appointment for the repair and met with Amy. She told me that if I could come back in in about 1.5 hours, they would take an xray to see how extensive the break was. Dr. Smith took the xray, examined the tooth and then put in a temporary filling to smooth out the rough edges. He confirmed that the tooth will need a root canal then a crown. They helped me quickly and made the broken tooth smooth and comfortable. Very pleased with their assistance!

Dr. Smith and his staff put my mind at ease. I have a phobia with dentists and needles. They did everything they could to relieve my fear and stress and main the visit, quick and simple with no pain. My family and I have been coming here for years. The staff is very friendly and personable, as well as knowledgeable. The facility has always been clean but is now newly renovated and aesthetically pleasing. Dr. Smith always seems to be up on the cutting-edge equipment, and keeping his and his staff’s knowledge current. We are very satisfied with all our work done here from teeth cleanings to braces to root canals.

Not personable at all, caused more damage when trying to fix problems, and relies on office staff to figure out problems for him. I now need to have costly procedures to fix his mistakes. Do not recommend.
