Dr. Gordon Charles Kammire

I've seen Dr. Kammire for over 30 years. I consider him not only to be a wonderful doctor but a friend.

Dr. Kammire did my surgery a year ago (Dec. 23rd, 2019). He is the best doctor that I have ever experienced. He is very patient, kind, sensitive, and respectful. He always made me feel like it was my time with him, and he was never in a hurry. I could call or text him and he would respond everytime. He is a great doctor that is not only good at what he does, but a good person overall. My knee is doing good, I still have some pain on occasions, but it's 100% better than it was a year ago.

Dr. Kammire took great care to ensure a speedy recovery and proper healing of my ankle. He and his staff are also very friendly and knowledgeable.

Dr. Kammire has been instrumental in keeping my knee health with Synvisc shots (synthetic cartilage) for 17 years. He has helped my husband with his shoulder and is a great Dr. and surgeon. He has cleaned up my knee twice and his overall knowledge and demeanor is fantastic I have only rated 3 Dr.s regarding my knee one here in Charlotte was horrible. Dr. Kammire and one other in the Wake system were awesome. I would give him more than 5 stars if I could

Will never see another orthopedist. He had treated myself and family for 15 years. 4 surgeries between us. He listens to his patients and does not tell you what you want to hear. He tells you what he can do.

I have been a patient of Dr. Gordon Kammire since 1993 & He has performed His MAGIC on Me numerous times with Stellar results!! Rite wrist, Rite shoulder (twice), orthoscopilally cleaned both knees, eventually 2 knee replacements & a few other surgeries!! WITHOUT A DOUBT BEST IN THE LAND!! HANDS DOWN & A NO BRAINIER!!

I have seen a lot of drs over the years and I can say without a doubt dr. Kammire and Dr. Sheppard are amazing. They take time to make sure your informed aren’t afraid to spend time in the room and treat you as a person not a number. I will never go to another ortho.
