Absolutely great and outstanding work very nice people and always ready to help love the staff and Location

I went to get my FAA medical from Dr. Khan. The front staff was very kind and was able to find me an appointment time within a week since I told them I was in a time crunch. Every other place told me I had to wait 2 months. Dr. Khan and the entire staff were very friendly and worked quickly. They also showed you everything they were filling out so it was very transparent. I would definitely recommend going to Dr. Khan.

The world could use more Doctors like Dr Khan. My family is so amazed at her compassion and connection she forms with her patients. My son went to her for a first class medical, knowing that he’s away at school and over 1000 miles away from home she made sure that he knew that she was always there for him. It gives us so much comfort knowing that there is someone so kind and knowledgeable looking out for our loved one.

The front desk staff is lazy and rude

Absolutely terrible. No consideration for your time. I went in on my lunch hour for a simple follow-up visit. After waiting for over 30 minutes, I followed up with the receptionist. Come to find out they didn't even know I was there not sure how that can happen since I just handed them documents they wanted me to sign, again no consideration for your time. I was told their computer went down in the morning, the doctor hadn't taken a lunch and had two more patients in front of me. Suggested I wait or reschedule. No Stars.... I am new to the area. I started calling around to find a primary. I spoke to a very nice gentlemen who explained i could print new patient paperwork out and bring it there for review "to see if it was a good fit for the doctor" ive never experienced that. I was curious as to why they would "interview" their patiients. So i went in to fill out the paperwork. The person at the desk was extremely rude, she was not personable at all. Also not what im used to. I asked if i could fill out the paperwork there and she said yes, but if i get a patient, she pointed to the door. I preceded to fill out the paperwork because now i was intrigued. Meanwhile I heard someone(female voice) who asked if so and so was there yet, twice, in my 15 min. Visit. They were talking about not taking him at all. But, there no cars in the parking lot so they werent busy, hint hint, and also complaining about another patient. I finished up the paperwork. Handed it to the lady. She stated she would "let me know." I thought if you were a doctor you took an oath to care for patients in your community. I can choose anyone i want as a doctor and its her porogative to either be open for new patients or not I find this practice of having a person come in to fill out paperwork before services discriminatory at best. There were two places on the form where they asked for my social security number. That info. Should not be questioned if your not even a patient yet, good fit. In retrospect, i shouldnt have given them any information. Come to think of it they now have my insurance information. My curiosity is not worth it at all. Discrimination---- The one thing I can think of is that its the area there in (seedy) or maybe they had patients that werent healthy? Dr. is good but the front staff is HORRIBLE. They are clueless and will only contribute to your increased medical anxiety. This the worst I've ever come across in 45 years of going to doctors. They lied to me and over charged and would not return my monies that were rightfully due back to me. Not a good experience in any way shape or form. I had a near nervous breakdown due to their incompetence. And what Dr. wants you for a "conference" to determine if the Dr. wants YOU as a patient before accepts you AND then charges you a "consultation fee" for that no value added meeting? Not a good experience at all. The Dr controls everything from appointments to billing. I never experienced this in my life with any Dr. Over collects day of visit whereas other Dr's submit to Insurance first then bill you. I had a good experience for the FAA medical exam. Also, a doctor and staff are friendly and professional, but I wish they use a thicker paper for the FAA medical certificate.

I would not recommend. Waste of time. Filled out all their new patient forms and talked back and forth with them a few times before my appointment date. I go into the appointment and they tell me they cant take my insurance. Why would they not have said anything the many time we have spoken. Waste of time.

In the beginning was nice waiting so long in office nurse calls you back ask a bunch of questions takes vitals takes u back to waiting room about 40 min later she calls you back to see the doctor she doesnt know at all whats going on with me seems very disorganized after waiting all that time terrible u have to tell her

Friendly staff and a great doctor. Had my FAA 2nd class medical done here and was in and out relatively quick. It's especially nice when the doctor has an interest in a aviation medicine.

If you are staying in your Google bio that you are a family doctor, then I am assuming you should great children as well. Jen at the front desk is incredibly rude. Do not recommend.

We have been patients of Dr. Gohar Khan for 20 years. Each visit is like going to see an old friend. She listens to us with her heart and her mind as if we were her only patients. In those 20 years she has diagnosed either my husband or myself with everything from cancer to parathyroid disease to heart disease.
