SHE IS THE BEST DOCTOR

Dr. Naini has been my primary care physician for over 25 years. She is professional, compassionate, and is an excellent physician.

Dr. Naini was my primary care physician in 2020. She ordered additional blood tests for my annual physical (I'm healthy so do not know why). The blood lab sent me an invoice for $356 for the additional tests but told me, when I called them, that if Dr. Naini would just resubmit the order as diagnostic my insurance would likely cover the additional expense. For the next seven months I repeatedly called Dr. Naini's office, or showed up in person, to request the order to be resubmitted. The staff repeatedly told me they agreed and would, once again, try to get Dr. Naini to follow up. She never did. I was finally offered a slightly reduced settlement option by the lab and ended up paying almost $300. I now have a new PCP.

Dr. Naini takes all of the time needed to answer questions and anything she is not able to handle, she refers me to a physician who can. She is the most competent physician I have ever gone to. She has been my personal physician for over 15 years.

Dr. Naini is a knowledgeable doctor. However, her personality is volatile. She raises her voice when she does not agree with you. Her office staff is not easy to work with. I called because my mother needed an order for a new CPAP machine. The doctor was out of the office. The next thing I know, she has called my mother's nursing home stating that I "yelled" at her staff. I am tired of her treating the Family in this manner. No one yelled at anyone.

Dr. Naini has been my primary care physician for over 15 years. She is an excellent physician. She is very through and takes care of all my medical needs. I started seeing her in her Plano office and now travel to Murphy to see her. I highly recommend her!

She is incredibly rude and senile and she isn't proactive for patients. She yells at anyone who doesn't agree with her and is demeaning to family and even her patients. There are so many other better choices, please do yourself a favor and avoid wasting your time and money on an incompetent doctor.

Great doctor! My grandmother came to live with me and she had a blood condition that Dr. Naini had a great knowledge about. My grandmother had to go to the Mayo Clinic in Minnesota to be diagnosed because the doctors in Florida couldn't figure it out but Dr. Naini knew how to treat her. Dr. Naini also helped diagnose my dads throat cancer and got him the team of doctors that he needed and he went on to live another 16 years. I couldn't speak highly enough about Dr. Naini!

She is a horrible doctor, 2 days after seeing my mother she was hospitalized for a severe kidney infection and intestinol bleeding this is not the first time this doctor has done this and she calls her self internal medicine, do yourself a huge justice do not call her you will be better off on your own!!! I am finding my mother a new doctor today!
