Suburban ENT is like a well oiled machine. From the scheduler to their hospital staff they all work together as a team. Dr. Schwartz came highly recommended not only by a few of his patients but an ER nurse from Northwest Community Hospital. I was pleasantly surprised by my immediate comfort and trust with Dr. Schwartz. He listened to my fears with respect and put them to rest. His staff is upbeat, friendly and sincere. We highly recommend Suburban ENT.

We’ve moved from Chicago to Jersey and no words can describe how much I miss Dr. Schwartz! He was absolutely amazing, caring and always made sure you were listened. He is by far one of the best doctors I’ve seen. When we visit Chicago I will make sure I make an appt to see him again.

Dr. Schwartz made my surgery a perfect experience. Not only was it extremely successful and well performed with thoughtful precision, but my recovery was also relatively easy. Some quick appointments were shorter than the office wait time, but the big picture is impressive.

I could not recommend Dr. Schwartz more highly! He is a very skilled doctor and surgeon who has given me the ability to breathe clearly again after many years of difficulty. He is detailed and clear in his explanations and does not make you feel at all rushed when you have additional questions. He was very accurate in the way he set expectations for the process of treatment, surgery and recovery. Beyond his skill as a doctor, what I appreciated the most was his confident way of assuring me of his comfort level in doing the procedures while not being arrogant or dismissive of the fact that I am the one undergoing the surgery. It was a great balance that put my mind at ease, and the result was very successful. I am very thankful to have Dr. Schwartz as my ENT and I now have a much better quality of life as a result of his care.

I was very fortunate to be able to have Dr. Glenn Schwartz as my doctor and surgeon to remove my right side submandibular gland on Oct 15th, 2021. He is very kind, knowledgeable, confident and made me feel comfortable before and after my surgery which I needed the most then. Dr. Schwartz and his partner, Dr. Clark made my surgery successful and a week after here I am writing this review. I highly and without any hesitation, recommend Dr.Schwartz, his team and Suburban Ear, Nose and Throat Associate.

Office staff was extremely kind and courteous - went out of their way to make appointment for when we needed it - Doctor was absolutely wonderful - made us feel so extremely comfortable.

I was apprehensive about having parathyroid surgery even though Dr. Schwartz came highly recommended. After my experience I can only join in praising doctor, his hospital staff and the care I received at NCH. My surgery was on July 1st and by August 1st the surgical site is barely noticeable. I am thankful for feeling I couldn't have had better care by any other surgeon.

Dr. Glenn Schwartz who specializes in Parathyroid conditions, was my Dr. and Surgeon. From the 1st time I met him, I felt confident that he knew how to treat my condition which involved surgery. Since this occurred during the Covid pandemic, Dr. Schwartz had my husband listen into the pre-op office visits via phone while I was in the office, so that he could address both of our questions or concerns prior to the surgery, as well as let us both know what to expect after surgery. During surgery, Dr. Schwartz also made sure my husband was kept up-to-date on my progress as well as afterwards. Thanks to him, my surgery was a success! Dr. Schwartz has many years of expertise in his chosen field. He is not only highly competent, but he also is very kind, compassionate and considerate of his patients. His staff is also one of the best...always courteous, and professional when dealing with his clients. I would definitely rate Dr. Schwartz and his staff with 5+ stars!!

Superb care all around from Dr. Schwarz. I could not breath well through my nose and saw Dr. Schwarz to address my deviated septum. He performed Septoplasty on me. It was a complete success. Dr Schwarz did a fantastic job opening my nasal breathing passages. Zero problems or complications of any kind. This is life-changing for me. My nose is open and it feels amazing to breath a full breath through my nose! Overall great care. He's an excellent physician I feel very confident in recommending.

Office was on time for every appointment, Dr Schwartz answered all questions and concerns I had- My surgery was very quick and my scar is almost non-existent. Fantastic customer service, and honestly a great dr's office/surgeon.

I had parathyroid surgery in February and everything went perfectly. Scar no longer visible. In August I had a Paratidectomy with facial nerve monitoring. This was more involved and when you are told there can be some numbness after surgery believe the doctor. Still recovering but things are getting better every day. Dr. Schwartz was terrific and I would highly recommend him to anyone. Wished I could have hugged him after my last visit, However It is a Covid no no.

Dr Schwartz gets four stars from me! He recently performed Rhinoplasty and Septoplasty surgery for deviated septum and an old nasal injury affecting my ability to breath easily through my nose. It became worse with age. In addition, the cartilage around my nostrils was caving in which made breathing even more difficult and I felt self-conscience about the shape my nose had taken. Not only is Dr Schwartz very skilled, but he is personable, professional and thorough. It turns out, my nose was one of his most challenging. The surgery took longer than usual because he was determined to produce the best possible outcome. He did! I can breath easily now, better than ever! And I couldn't be happier with the new shape of my nose. Dr Schwartz has my permission to show my before and after pictures. I am amazed and so grateful to Dr Schwartz and his team!

Always special and great doctor!

I broke my nose and as a secondary finding there was a polyp on my vocal cord. I had surgery last week. Dr Schwartz and his staff are wonderful. They scheduled my pre OP. The actual surgery and the post OP a week later. That saved me a lot of time and effort. They made the whole experience much easier.

He's the kind of doctor I like - nice, succinct, informative, shows visuals. The parathyroid surgery went smoothly and so did my recovery. I highly recommend Dr. Schwartz.

15 years ago, he performed neck and throat surgery on me. Stage4. It literally saved my life. I give him the highest recomendation. His staff is also very caring and professional.

My son broke his nose by a baseball playing second base. We called Dr. Schwartz's office and was given an appointment the next day. He was very caring and helped calm my son down. After surgery he made sure to answer any questions. My son thinks he is the best doc ever!

I recently had an open septoplasty with bilateral turbinate resection with Dr. Schwartz. The entire process from start to finish was 5 star and I couldn't be happier. Everyone in the office is kind and efficient and Dr. Schwartz explained everything I needed to know both pre and post op as well as during recovery. I highly recommend Dr. Schwartz and Suburban Ear, Nose and Throat Associates. The procedure I recently had has made a very positive impact in my life!

He did an outstanding job on my throat cancer. Excellent care for me and my family. I would recommend him to anybody. A very nice guy.

It should be know I am a "wimp", as most doctors are, I let this fact be known outright. Remembering this , let me state that I was treated with care and compassion by everyone I had contact with in this office. From the administrative staff, the allergist, the assistant and finally the doctor himself, their commitment to 100% patient comfort was evident. So if you are suffering from multiple sinus infections as I was, with multiple dosages of antibiotics as I was, get treated!, don't wait!

Dr Schwartz has an excellent bedside manner. He was patient when explaining things to my 89 year old Mother He wanted to make sure that she understood exactly what type of surgery she was going to have and what the outcome could be both positive and negative. He did throat surgery on my mom she hadn’t been able to eat in several months. She was also having a big problem with mucus drainage. Surgery was a huge success. No drainage and she can eat anything! I highly recommend Dr. Schwartz

If looking for a new ENT Dr., consider going elsewhere. Not because Dr. Schwartz is bad, he’s not. Unfortunately he has no time and he will not be able to see you in a timely manner when you need treatment. In multiple attempts to schedule, the average next appointment is 2 months out. (Even when ordered by our primary care physician). The office staff is robotic when attempting to schedule, with no concern for the patients well being. Just the calendar, without exception. Must be nice to be so successful that caring for patients is done on convenience and not need. We wish this practice the best, but it will be without us. As an existing patient , the staff was all to happy to tell us the process to get our records and leave. Unless, of course, we were willing to suffer for 2 months, then Dr. Schwartz would be glad to see us. Their are many very talented and highly recommended alternatives to this practice, and we are just got an appointment at one........ in 3 days????. I was diagnosed with HPV Tonsil Cancer in May 2017. It was the scariest time of my life but Dr. Schwartz made everything so much easier. He arranged for me to have my scans and surgery immediately and called me with results right away. He chose my oncologist and radiologist and sent me on my path for treatment. He was so confident, smart and kind that it made me feel like I had this, that everything was going to be ok and in the end it was.

I was diagnosed with Thyroid Cancer 12/17. I called Dr. Schwartz but couldn’t get an appt. for 5 weeks. I told them my situation and asked if there was any way I could get in earlier. Dr. Schwartz personally called me back to calm my nerves and I saw him in 2 weeks. He ordered a CT right away so that when I saw him he would have all the facts. He removed my thyroid just 3 weeks after my diagnosis. He was professional, kind and his confidence won me over. Things could not have gone smoother.

Most Unprofessional! Waited an exceptionally long time to see the doctor and once he did come in the first thing he did was insult me. In addition, he choose to discuss results in the waiting room instead of in private. I felt he did not really listen to my concerns and rushed us through the appointment. Overall I found him rude and not sympathetic. Went to him because we had had a worse experience with one his colleague but now I feel it is just the practice. Never returning.

I appreciate Dr. Schwartz's professional yet caring manner. I appreciate that he keeps me informed of exactly what he is doing, makes suggestions of what should happen next, explains everything so I can understand and is excellent with follow-up. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. I find his office staff to be courteous and friendly, I like that i can check in online before going to the office it allows me to feel less pressure when arriving at the office.

Dr. Schwartz diagnosed my sinus condition as a deviated septum. He did the surgery and follow up. I think he did a great job. My breathing is much improved and my sinus congestion I experienced chronically over a 6 month period is gone.

Dr. Schwartz was the doctor in the office when I came in on a Saturday with a large lump on my neck. He had my appointments rushed so that I could quickly get a CT scan and biopsy. I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer that had spread to my lymph nodes. Dr. Schwartz performed an excellent surgery to remove it all. I've never had a doctor take so much time for me as a patient, following up with me personally to see how I am doing. I would recommend Dr. Schwartz to anyone needing an ENT.

I've had frequent nosebleeds my entire life. It has been 8 months now since Dr. Schwartz cauterized my nose, and I have not had a nose bleed since, even in the winter when they are normally the worst. I've had it cauterized before, but this is the first time it made a difference!

Great Doctor and skilled surgeon. Saw multiple ENTs before going to him. Happy with the treatment provided.

When my daughter noticed a lump on her neck, we were fortunate to have seen Dr. Schwartz. He expedited her tests to ensure she was diagnosed as quickly as possible. She was diagnosed with thyroid cancer that had spread to the lymph nodes throughout her neck. Dr. Schwartz, performed a thyroidectomy and bilateral neck dissection. He is a compassionate man who took the time to answer all of our questions. I could not give him or his practice high enough praise.

I had a huge cyst removed from my neck area and Dr Schwartz was completely in charge from the beginning to the end. We discussed a plan and the plan was executed as discussed. I could have not asked more than what Dr. Schwartz did for me! He made everything seem so easy and straight forward going. He is a brilliant surgeon and a real approachable person. I am totally satisfied with his outcome. He is the best! Thank you

Dr. Schwartz is probably one of the most competent doctors I have ever seen for medical reasons. He diagnoses your problem and thoroughly explains what can be done to correct your problem. Performs the correction and basically changes the quality of your life. If you are looking for the right doctor he is the one!

Straight forward and attentive to detail. Matter fact presentation of the benefits and risks of Septoplasty. Everything happened as he explained and the outcome is fantastic.
