Dr. Sakamoto performed a colonoscopy for both myself and my husband. The office visit was a wonderful experience as I was prepared ahead of time for insurance information, meds, etc. The colonoscopy that both of us had a Rocky Mountain Surgical Center that he performed was done with care and with expertise. He is a wonderful GI doc and I would HIGHLY recommend him!!

Dr Sakamoto turned what I thought would be an awkward experience into (dare I say...) no big deal. No one really wants to have that area examined but Dr Sakamoto is always in a good mood and always has me laughing by the time I leave the office. He always explains everything he is doing and after my surgery if I had any issues he called me himself right away to make sure everything was ok and I didn’t have any questions. If I ever have another issue back there I won’t see anyone else!

he called me back on call for his partner who took care of me for a cancer...this Sakamoto person was so rude to me! I did end up having this relate to my first problem, which he said I should have never called him for, said it was not related, he was scary with me on the phone, verbally abusive!
