Dr Pisk is great!!! The receptionist is lazy! This is the third time I had an argument with this lady over calling in my son's medicine. I ask for the Dr to call me back and he never does. Probably doesn’t get the request.. every time I ask for him to call me he is not in that day, and then she tries to fix the situation after she escalated it to an argument already. I used to love coming here but it got worst as I got older, I know that most upvote this but not everyone’s experience is good. Most don’t post. The lady at the front desk has a nasty attitude and honestly I don’t know why she was acting the way she was. Dr. Pisk is good at what he does but everyone should have the same positive energy to some extent they know how to treat some of their patients. Don’t let this discourage you but be aware of “some” people who work there. Fast and courteous staff will take good care of your child. Dr.Pisk is a Philadelphia legend.

Dr. Pisk was my children's pediatrician for years. We only left due to insurance coverage. The office staff was always nice, and we never had problems with obtaining appointments. I definitely miss the family feel of the office.
