Dr.hess is very caring and compassionate..very nice and professional staff.

I have gone to Dr. Nelson occasionally during the past few years whenever I have had a foot issue. He always has the appropriate solutions, and he never tries to recommend things that you don't need. His approach is logical, and he explains things well. He is courteous, respectful, and honest. I have recommended him to several friends, and they have been very pleased as well.

Very polite and is very good with young teens. My niece had both her toes done by him. Will be our doc from now on.

Professional, courteous, concerned and compassionate. As a retired MD I recognize quality professional care. This was it. As a retired man I only hope I had been as professional and caring. You could not do better

Dr. Nelson is THE BEST podiatrist that I have ever had in my life. He's the most professional, quick, and painless experience ever. He properly numbed everything and got the work done properly. 10/10 will definitely be my podiatrist of choice as long as I need one

Looking for a podiatrist for the first time, the first thing I did was read the reviews (as with anything these days). What I found gave me confidence I would see a good doctor, but unsure of what the rest of the staff would be like after some mixed reviews. Since my main concern is my medical care itself, I called Dr. Nelson's office. I am so glad I did, my entire experience was nothing but pleasant!! They were able to get me in just a few hours later, and each and every person I encountered was friendly and helpful. Dr. Nelson himself is, just as a previous review stated, a true professional with great bedside manner! My visit, from beginning to end (check-in, x-rays, consult, cortisone shot, techs helping me with support insoles, checking out and scheduling my follow-up appointment) lasted about 40 minutes; and all the while being helped by kind and caring people. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience and would recommend Dr. Nelson (and team) as a great podiatrist! Been swing Dr. Nelson for a while now.. competent and friendly..

He is excellent and so is his young associated. Over the years I have had injuries, ingrown nails requiring in-office surgery, and plantar fasciitis.

I have been a patient of Carrie Hess and Glenn Nelson for years. They have performed two different operations on hammer toes on both of my feet as well as managing ingrown nails, and removed a neuroma at the base of my 3rd and 4th toes. I cannot give enough praise to both Carrie and Glenn for their care as well as all of the office staff.

Dr. Carrie Hess removed 2 ingrown toenails yesterday. I'm having no pain and the procedure was quick and easy. Thank you Carrie...awesome!!!

Dr. Nelson and his staff are incredible. I was desperate for an appointment with a specialist and they fit me in right away. Their office is a pleasure to visit. Dr. Nelson has a great bedside manner. Highly recommended!

I was treated today by Dr. Nelson's associate, Dr. Carrie Hess. My sincere appreciation goes to the office staff and Dr. Hess for seeing me, literally 30 minutes after I called asking to be seen for the removal of a cactus spine in the side of my foot. The office, without pausing to do the paperwork, (we did that later) took me back to see Dr. Hess as soon as I arrived. I was not previously a patient, but they extended the most gracious and kind service to me none-the-less. I am very grateful.

Front ladies forgot about my appointment I been waiting for over 50 minutes ????

I was happy with the treatment I received. Everything went smoothly without issue and I recovered faster than anticpicated. Have recommended to family members.

Wow! Went in for a diagnosis for orthotics and a possible prescription. Came out purchasing 2 of his over the counter Footsteps due to his saying the prescription he was writing me was going to be very close to what his models would do for me. Upon coming home,I decided to go the prescription route. I called the office to find out a good time to return the ones I was talked into buying, they informed me it was office policy, No Refunds or Returns!!! Never discussed before purchase. Very sleazy!

Great bedside manner and surgeon, will go back for more treatment's.

He was direct and efficient and diagnosed the problem after x-rays. I hAd a fracture and he recognized it immediately????

I had an ingrown toenail and I came here he put the anesthesia ,but didn't wait until my toe was completely numb. So when he removed both side of nail, on a scale of 1-10 of pain it was an 9. It took 3 weeks to heal and on the side of your nale it turned gray and nail started to chip off! WARNING DO NOT GO HERE !!!!!!!!!!!! FOR INGROWN TOENAIL REMOVAL !!!!!!!!!!!
