Glenn N. Ello

Dr. Ello is an excellent doctor and one of kindest people we know. He has been the doctor of my two children from infancy. He always has the answers for the medical problems they had and his bedside manner is the best. My children love him and are always happy to see him. My daughter wants to be a doctor like Dr. Ello. We hope he still works when we have grandchildren.

My daughter has had a rash for a month. Glenn Ello does not listen to the parents and his staff never call back to update the parents. He made us make multiple appointments for my 9mo daughters rash because he misdiagnosed it the first time. We told him what we thought it was (we were right) and his nurse agreed with us. When we called to say his medicine wasn't working, he told us to go to an urgent care to get the right one. We did that, got the right medicine but by then the rash was so large we needed more of the working medicine. We tried getting it from him since he already knew what the rash was by now but he insisted we come in (again) and he wouldn't perscribe what we told him was working. Finally, after calling for days, he prescribed the medication we needed, only his staff never called to tell us it was at the pharmacy or that he even prescribed it. And now we are no longer his patients (fine by me) because we said "this is ridiculous" to the staff. My daughter has had a rash for a month. My oldest is 17 and all 3 of my kids have been seeing dr ello their whole life. Very happy with him. Very knowledgeable. Helpful and a good doctor.

Some reason on my dads account but this is RayAnna Morrison Dr Glenn ello is the biggest joke of my life 2 different doctors Dr. Connelly and Dr.Walsh agreed my 7 month old daughter needs a referral to see an allergen all that was left for me to do was met with her pediatrician and get the referral after advocating so hard for my daughter Glen ello said and I quote “ they aren’t her pediatrician they don’t know pediatrics , and she doesn’t need a referall” I tried again to tell him he dismissed me now please tell me what harm would it do anyone if my daughter saw an allergen specialist? He wasn’t my first nor my second he was literally my 3rd opinion and the only one in disagreement.never been so shrugged off before my children will never go back to that incompetent doctor again! needless to say I’m not done advocating for my daughter she will be getting her referral from our family doctor. I'd been taking my girls to see him for over 16 years. I started getting frustrated when we brought my daughter in for a lump in her chest. He told me it was normal. Got a second opinion and ended up being sent to Seattle children's because it wasn't normal/nothing. He didn't order images or anything. More frustrated when he wouldn't prescribe my almost adult daughter, birth control pills because it was against HIS beliefs. Last straw was when I brought my middle daughter in to get a referral for a counselor. She had just come out to us as bisexual. Before writing the referral he questioned my daughter on how she knew that at her age. He also used the word confused and "let's get that referral for counseling to work through her confusion." I was extremely irritated. We came for a referral because that's insurance protocol...not to be questioning my daughter. We now have a new doctor. I wouldn't recommend him unless you are ok with him pushing his religion and beliefs into your children's health care. I'd been taking my girls to see him for over 16 years. My daughter has been seeing Dr. Ello since birth. He is extremely attentive to her and remembers little things (about her demeanor, likes, dislikes, etc.) which is important to me because it makes us feel like she isn't just another patient. He is the only professional she is actually happy to go see. He is thorough in diagnosis & treatment. She suffered from a scary bout of RSV at 1 1/2 years old. I've never had a problem getting her in - urgent or not. I will ALWAYS recommend him to parents!

We have been going to doctor Ello now for 6 years and we can hands down say that we have recieved nothing but amazing quality care for both of our kids. He is very knowledgeable and patient , never has been unprofessional and truly cares about his patients

We have been going to Dr. Glenn Ello since my oldest (now 9) was a newborn. He is fantastic with the kids and always takes time to answer any questions we have. His staff is also great. The same nurse has been working with him for as long as we have been there. It's nice to have a caring team that knows us.

Dr Glenn Ello is a joke he was my newborns doctor & didn't have a clue of what he was doing. Don’t go with him also his nurse is clueless would not recommend!

Instead of addressing my son's anxiety issues he talked about his weight. My son's not over weight but when it was mentioned he's lost some weight and has been working out he told him to loose more and didn't praise him for what he'd already done. Nevermind the fact that he knew he was talking to a kid who came in for anxiety and depression. Dr. Ello made everything worse and all he did was tell my son to " go talk to someone" and left the room. What a waist of time! We'll never be back to him! My son has been working hard on getting fit and has lost 15 pounds. We are super proud. I took him to the doctor to talk about my son dealing with anxiety and depression not about his weight. Not only did Dr Ello not address his concerns but pushed him off to somebody else and he also dwelled on my son's weight telling him not that he's done a great job but then he should lose more focusing on me and how I should be losing weight too. I've recently lost 60 pounds. How dare him make a depressed child feel even worse specially since when went for mental health not for his weight. It did more damage going to him and he didn't help at all.

Dr. Ello speaks in a very demeaning manner and doesn't listen well.
