I've had four procedures done by Dr. Buterbaugh: 2 Carpal Tunnel, and 2 Thumb Arthroplasty surgeries. I can't say enough positive things about him. He is friendly, caring, and compassionate. I recommend him often. He is, without a doubt, the best of the best!

Everyone at this facility is so friendly and helpful. I asked if they have a pep rally each morning before the office opens. Unfortunately I have had to have several surgeries... Dr. Buterbaugh is absolutely the best!!

My husband and I are always happy with Dr Glenn Buterbaugh. Friendly, professional, staff as well. Only practice we like to go to.

I have been a patient of Dr.Buterbaugh's over 20yrs. He has performed several surgeries on me with great results. He is very personable. I highly recommend him.

The doctors appointment with Dr Buterbaugh was excellent everything was done professionally and great detail and respect. The office is beautifully decorated and very comfortable and clean and very easy to get to. I would recommend anyone that needs Dr Buterbaugh's services to call for a appointment. I almost had unnecessary surgery. Thankfully I had 2 doctors that gave another opinion and told me NOT to have the surgery. I’m very disappointed that a Dr. would perform an unnecessary surgery especially after a person had 3 already. Kick them when their already down!

Dr. Buterbaugh is awesome He is compassionate, caring and an expert in his field. He has helped me with my many hand issues over the past 32 years

Dr. Buterbaugh is very professional, gentle, considerate, and honest. He explains exactly what he feels the problem is and is very cautious. I have had rotator surgery on both shoulders, and 5 trigger finger surgeries under Dr. Buterbaugh’s care. All have been very successful. The physical therapy services have also been very good. I also like the fact that you are able to call his office directly to make appointments. Communication has been very good with all my surgeries, plus any concerns dealing with the healing process.

Had another dr work on my elbow messed it up still couldn't bend it wend to Dr buterbaugh he found bone fragments in my elbow took them out and have been able to use my arm almost fully I am so glad I have him as my Dr and recommended him to everyone.

Dr Buterbaugh repaired my torn rotator cuff, debrided my torn labrum from a bicep rupture and also did a Acromioplasty..all the above conditions happened with one wrong pickup at work, ruptures the bicep, tore the rotator cuff and tore some of the labrum...Buterbaugh is a amazing Dr I'll give him that but his bedside is a little not so good, appointments are way to fast that whatever you wanted to ask you just don't have time to...my shoulder now is ok, pops and cracks a lot but he don't seem concerned...other than that I would highly recommend him

A number one doctor ! Dr. B has performed carpal tunnel surgery to both of my hands and everything came out perfect. The surgery center runs like a well oiled machine.

Several years ago Dr Buterbaugh operated on 2 fingers of my left hand. I was very pleased with the outcome, and he was so reassuring & kind. I've recommended him to several family & friends.

scaphold surgery. with a screw amd bo e graft. he sent me home with no medication such as antibiotics or anything. and it was 2 hr drive and he made me wait month and a half after appointments to the next appointment. I dont see all the hype

Both Dr Buterbaugh and Dr Grand are very thorough, caring and compassionate. They stick with you until problem it's solved or will refer you to someone who can resolve it. Took excellent care of me.

Dr. Glen Buterbaugh is the best shoulder surgeon in the world as far as I am concerned. I had a full tear in my rotator cuff at the age of 38. Mostly a result of working too hard. I had Dr Buterbaugh do an open surgery because I wanted him to identify all issues and repair them. Turns out I had 3 full tears. I had extensive repairs and I heard these can be some of the most painful surgeries. I had pretty bad pain the first day but after day 2 I was much better by day 6 I was sleeping in bed again. By 65 days I am back to work completely paid free. And my arm feels like it will be stronger than ever before long. I used the physical therapy at Dr Buterbaughs office. They were great. between them and the doctor, chances of a successful out come is almost guaranteed.. Thanks Dr Buterbaugh ! Dr Buterbaugh is the best ortho surgeon. He has done rotator cuff surgery on both my arms. He was able to fixed a messed up surgery from another Dr. He is absolutely the best in the Pittsburgh area! I would recommend him any day!

I drive 2 hrs and glad of results wouldnt change it and glad he was my surgen highly recomended

Hi I'm Robert Vogan I seen this doctor when I was a child in the 80s he worked wonders on my hand and arm I am now a contractor and take pride in all the work this man did for me thank u doc hope you keep blessing people I can't thank you enough

I had emergency hand surgery, and i reinjured it a few years ago. He saved my hand (cut the nervem tendon, artery). I now have full use of my hand you can not tell i have had any damage in my hand.

Broken wrist healed wrong-Dr.Buterbaugh reset & placed metal plate in wrist. Very poor job, while attending rehab I found he did NOT connect thumb to hand/wrist making it almost impossible to hold anything weighing more than 2 lbs. I'm older than him but I think he may have dementia-terrible doctor who unfortunately came highly recommended. Would not let him treat my dog!! My wrist worked better before he touched it!

Amazing Dr I travel almost 2 hrs away to see him! I wish he was my Dr for everything! ☺

I am so blessed to have him as my doctor. He had operated on me four different times for different issues and all have been totally successful. His staff is so competent and always available to take your calls. Highly recommend!!

On March 3 1987 I had an industrial accident my right arm was mangled in an industrial sized dough mixer. Dr. Butterbaugh saved my right arm, no question about this. Not only that he was dedicated to my recovery and sincerely took a personal interest in me and was very reassuring to my family as well. He's the best I highly recommend him.

He performed a completely uneccesary elbow surgery on me. He assured me it would help my nerve issues and told me that it would be about a 3 week recovery. 4 months later the problems are still there and the elbow has considerable pain that was never there. If this was not bad enough the also do not check with insurance beofre performing the surgery so i was given a bill that I am responsible for for almost 10k. This guy is a liar and a crook.
