To me Dr. Bigsby is a God send. I can't say enough good things about him. I had been dealing with my issues for years and having no luck with other gynecologists. After talking with him for 10 min, he knew exactly what my problem was, he had seen the same problem hundreds of times before and knew exactly what needed to be done. I am happier, healthier and full of energy again. If you are having gynecological issues, don't hesitate to see Dr. Bigsby. He knows what he is doing. Dr. Bigsby was my oncologist after my diagnosis of a rare form of endometrial cancer. He did not believe in doing scans, saying to me “If this cancer comes back, it’s coming back in the same area”. Also said he did not want me to be exposed to more radiation than necessary. My high grade/clear cell cancer metastasized to my lungs and I would have known much sooner, being able to address it had I known but ‘no scans’. Dr. Bigsby said he’s been “doing this a long time” so I should trust him. His ego is too big for this profession in my opinion and he is playing with peoples lives. Dr. Bigsby was my Dr and surgeon almost 2 years ago when I had my surgery for endometrial cancer...he is simply the best.. Wonderful demeanor and bedside manner....caring..attenative and just an all around good human...staff is also top notch...every office visit with him after my surgery has been absolutely professional and caring...takes the time to explain and answers all questions and or concerns....5 stars is not enough for Dr. Bigsby...I have never encountered a Dr. with such a kind demeanor and who has the ability to put you at ease and make you a priority during your visit...Orpha his nurse is also wonderful..Dr.Bigsby truly lights up the room with his presence.. In August of 2019 I was diagnosed with stage IV cervical cancer and I was severely anemic. Throughout this journey, as the cancer has continued to adapt to each new treatment, Dr. Bigsby has been consistently compassionate and kind. When there was bad news from a scan or test, he was gentle but honest. He is optimistic but does not give false hope. He and his team have responded quickly to the quirks of my unique situation and genetics. I have recommended The Colorado Center for Gynecological Oncology and will continue to do so. Dr. Bigsby is the best doctor I have ever had! He is very up-to-date on research and strategies that work and don't work. He is compassionate, caring, very thorough, and very detail-oriented. He doesn't try to make you do things that are definitely not necessary but always strategies to get rid of and keep the cancer away. He does not have the personality of your usual surgeon. He has good people skills and when appropriate, tries to tell jokes to lighten things up a bit (even though they are kinda lame--sorry!). He also loves to draw diagrams. He gives patients his undivided attention and always listens carefully to what patients have to say. His nurse Orpha is very caring and even came over to hold my hand when I was in tremendous pain during one of my visits. Go to Dr. Bigsby if you want fantastic care! As I said, Dr.Bigsby is the best! Dr. Bigsby is exactly the kind of gynecological surgeon I was hoping to find! He’s warm, caring, experienced, and worthy of his patients’ trust. When I had my initial consult with him, he made me feel like I was his highest priority that day and that he had all the time in the world to address my questions and concerns. I was referred to Dr. Bigsby a little over a year ago to remove a large mass in my ovary which turned out to be ovarian cancer. From the moment of the diagnosis he and his staff have been absolutely phenomenal and a source of comfort for me and my family. I believe he was an angel sent to us. I was referred to Dr. Bigsby almost three years ago for endometrial cancer. I was in rehab for a stroke, and he was wonderful about treating the cancer around my rehab; I finally had surgery about five months after my diagnosis, it was an easy recovery, and I continue to feel great. where do I start?! When you make that call to schedule your first appointment, you might be feeling nervous and scared. As soon as the phone is answered, your worries will start to ease because they have such warm and friendly receptionists who work to get you in with a sense of urgency. When you walk into the office, you’re greeted with a smile and an efficient and easy check in process. The office is clean and decorated tastefully on trend. Dr Bigsby lights up a room - as soon as he entered, I felt like I picked the right guy because he was so easy to talk to and truly wanted to hear about my situation in my own words. He was matter of fact and explained the upcoming procedure to my husband and I calmly and confidently. We walked out feeling empowered about the outcome and upcoming surgery. Four days post-op, I couldn’t be more pleased with how everything went. I’m recovering with minimal pain and doing well mentally and physically. If you have to have cancer this is the greatest staff to have. It’s a hard time and your dignity is hard to maintain. Dr Bigsby is a fabulous surgeon. He puts you immediately at ease and you feel as if you’re his only patient when he is with you. He doesn’t rush you through your appointment. His staff is top notch and super caring as well. Saved my life by getting rid of all the cancer!!!

One of the best physicians I have experienced over the years. Listens to your concerns, answers questions and follows up with any information you may need. Surgical staff all raved that I was going to be well taken care of and that I had chosen a wonderful, experienced and caring Dr. Now that it is all over, I have to totally agree. Office staff very caring.

Dr. Bigsby delivered both of my babies by C Section in April of 2001 and then again in April of 2002, in Lewiston, ID! He was so professional yet so very caring! He is an amazing doctor!

If you are ever in the position that you need the best of the best...this is where you want to go. Dr. Bigsby is hands down the best doctor I've ever worked with. Kind, reassuring, listens well, staff is amazing...I cannot say enough good things. Most importantly though, his recommendations are based on what is best for the patient. With so many doctors out there that make decisions based on what is profitable, I feel that this is a rarity and I'm grateful there are still good doctors like this out there.

My gynecologist referred me to Dr. Bigsby 4 my uterus cancer care so right away he take control of my issue now the cancer has gone he give me my life back he is my angel my new good friend i never ever gonna find a human being like Dr. Bigsby in my entire life..i just wish 4 him many lifetime of blessings <3

Egomaniac with worst bedside manner I have ever witnessed.

I have 50 years working in the health field. I know the traits of an excellent doctor and Dr. Bigsby is an excellent doctor! He is caring and his expertise in arthroscopic surgery meant I was able to travel after ten days. My biggest fear was not the stage four ovarian uterine cancer but the expense for the treatment. His exact words "Your job is to get well. Let my office handle the insurance." The staff efficiently handled the paperwork. Dr. Glen Bigsby is truly number one in his field.

This is my third battle with Fallopian cancer. After extensive research in 2017 I switched my care to Dr. Bigsby and I'm so grateful he's my doctor. He's honest and forthright with compassion and, often, humor. He's extremely knowledgeable about all the treatments available. Most important, to me, he listens to my and my loved ones concerns and questions and discusses my care with us. His staff are wonderful and I really appreciate that the infusion center is connected to the offices.

Would rate negative stars if I could. This man thinks he is God’s gift to the world. Loves to act like a caring person. He is a wolf in sheeps clothing. No physician should speak to a patient the way he did to me. While admitted in the hospital I had the RN get him on the phone. He says to me “do you know how many patients I have and how busy I am?”while under his care He also told me he had no problem with me laying in a bed defecating myself all night. As well as other vulgar comments. BEWARE

Dr. Bigsby, his staff and atmosphere are incredibly caring. He takes the time you need, always explains to your understand. He is very up to date on current research and works with you as an individual for your specific treatment plan. I am truly blessed to have find Dr.Bigsby!

Dr. Bigsby has a great bedside manner. I felt safe and had trust in him. He explained the type of cancer I had and the procedure of my surgery to me and my husband in terminology we could understand. I had a very large uterine fibroid (19 cm and not cancerous ) and was scared to have surgery. I put it off for a year until my gynecologist referred me to Dr. Bigsby for a surgery consultation. I finally met a doctor I trusted to do the surgery. He's the best.

Absolutely- by far the best! Full of knowledge and very down to earth. He treats you like family! I feel more then blessed to have him as my Oncologists! Definitely recommend!

Had cancerous cells in my uterus and he right away explained everything said we will be doing surgery taking everything and then the cancer will be gone. Wonderful man. Very good explaining everything. I would recommend him in a heart beat.

I used to see Dr Bigsby when he was in Orlando. He saved my life. I've told him he was my angel. If he wasn't so far away I would still be his patient. Who else would sing Happy Birthday to a patient after major surgery. I'm sure he's sorely missed by all his former patients. Littleton is very lucky.

Dr. Bigsby is a wonderful doctor and person. I had a rare complex case of endometriosis which had invaded my rectum, causing a severe bowel obstruction. He worked closely with my colorectal surgeon to provide effective treatment and surgery. The outcome was the best I could have hoped for. My fertility is intact, and the obstruction was removed without complications. I have my life back, and I am so grateful to Dr. Bigsby for his expertise and compassionate care.

Dr. Bigsby is a kind, compassionate doctor. His partner is my primary oncology doctor, but I have seen Dr. B a few times. I have the utmost admiration and respect for Dr. Bigsby. He has a long history of exceptional care for his patients. While visiting with Dr. Bigsby's patients during chemo, it is evident that they adore him. Dr. Bigsby is knowledgeable, will listen to your concerns, answer all of your questions, communicates clearly and approaches you as an individual with unique needs, not just as another ?patient?. Dr. Bigsby took the time to thoroughly discuss all my options and answered all of my questions. When one of my nurses in the hospital learned Dr. Bigsby was my doctor, she expressed great admiration for him as a doctor and as a person. This spoke volumes.

Being sent to any type of oncologist is scary. Dr. Bigsby was very straight forward about my situation. He explained what he saw based on my ultrasound and exam and explained what additional tests he wanted and why. He then told me what needed to be done and explained what choices I had about the procedure. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Dr. Bigsby!

I have seen Dr Bigsby one time and I am very pleased. I greatly appreciate his knowledge, experience, and skill in treating ovarian cancer patients. I was referred to Dr Bigsby by my gynecologist. At the first visit I was made to feel at ease and knew I was in the right hands. Dr Bigsby is great and has treated me and my cancer with professionalism and friendship. I am not just another patient but a person to him. I also must say his office staff and nurses are the nicest people I have ever encountered at a Drs office.

Dr. Bigsby couldn't have been more kind, caring, compassionate, professional and expeditious with us. We were able to get an appointment within 24 hours to see Dr. Bigsby and our procedure withing 3 days. Just an incredible firm! When other doctors suspected cancer, Dr Bigsby heard our story, shared his experience in the area and made a quick decision on the diagnosis. His Surgery confirmed we did not have cancer after all.
