Very little waiting. Polite and competent.

He removed a tube that was in my ear for a few years so gently that there was almost no pain.

Dr. Porter is definitely a take charge and super smart guy. My expected problem was miles away from the reality of my situation. I didn't like that one bit....it was more complicated and serious than my illusion- However, treating the right problem with clarity and care, will mean a huge improvement in my health. Thanks Dr. Porter for being so wise, on top of things, and wasted no time with how to resolve things. You're definitely a pot of gold at the rainbow,!!!

We love Dr. Porter. He is so good at diagnosing the issues and providing prompt and thorough solutions. We highly recommend him!

He wasn't clear at all about his prices. As a cash pay patient, I needed that clarity. For some reason, neither he nor any of his staff couldn't provide that for me before during or after the visit while I was there. I asked and made it clear I was a cash pay client. They sent me a bill and were absolutely clear then. It's funny how they don't tell you how much to expect, but are positive that the bill is correct after the bill is sent. Maybe they don't know what services they offer - only IHC knows what they do.

Dallin Harris recommended I take my twins to an ENT to have their adenoids looked at based on some scans he took for braces. Our pediatrician recommended Dr. Porter. He removed one daughter’s adenoids. She has snored since birth and wasn’t sleeping well at night. Once her adenoids were removed she no longer snores. Her behavior improved because she was finally sleeping at night. They were great during the surgery and took great care of both girls and they recovered quickly! The other daughter has been cauterized a couple of times due to frequent nose bleeds from large vessels in her nose and Dr. Porter is great at working with her anxiety over doctors. He also noticed on her scan that she had a sinus filled with tissue and cleared it out. Her recovery was almost immediate and her frequent throat and ear infections resolved right away. She was having 2-3/year back to back at times. We recommend Dr. Porter for pediatric cases and adult cases also if he takes adult patients. I’m not sure
