My fiancée went in to have his wisdom teeth remove and 2 other molars. When he came out, they filed his tooth down and denied it happened. But how could his tooth be whole and the next day he noticed it was half gone. They refused to fix it or even look at it.

I've seen Dr. McIntosh more times than I would like (getting extractions and implants) and couldn't rate an oral surgeon more highly. I'm an advanced practice nurse and feel that I have a different perspective on rating physicians than the general public. If you want a warm and fuzzy physician, he's probably not for you. If you want a physician who is extremely knowledgeable and competent, then I couldn't recommend him more. His office staff are warm and fuzzy and are extremely helpful to assist in setting up appointments and follow up. His office is in an older office park in Duluth but otherwise VERY nice. There are no TVs over your head and not many other perks that you see at other dentist offices, but I would much rather have a physician with his caliber than these perks. I've seen him at least 6 times and have always felt extremely secure in my choice of him as my oral surgeon.
