I've been wearing glasses since the 3rd grade. I'm now 41 and Dr. Goodman is hands down the best eye doctor that I've ever had. It's a shame he is no longer at Baystate Eye Care in Springfield because he is a wonderful doctor and with a kind and caring personality.

This dr has sold his practice and office as of 1/1/19. I was never notified.

I had cataract surgery in both eyes, and Dr. Goodman and his staff did a great job. They are a very professional team who work together like a well-oiled machine. They go out of their way to make you comfortable and relaxed, and I am extremely pleased with the results of my surgery.

Wait time was great as well as the time spent for the time with the staff.

Typically the wait is long but today it was very short. Always a good environment and good care is received.

Attempted to make an urgent appointment. Was told I had to wait three months. Period made an appointment for my son the next day and he got in the same week. Would be helpful if reminder phone calls were made regarding upcoming appointments. Missed an appointment and had to wait three months for another appointment. At this point switched to another doctor got an appointment the same week. Office staff was not sympathetic to my need for an urgent appointment.
