Imagine searching for hours online for a new gynecologist after relocating to a new city…reading thousands of reviews & finally deciding, yes, I found one that’s perfect for me! Then I call her office & I’m told they aren’t accepting any new patients…huge disappointment . Who monitors these websites anyway? Let the public know that the doctor is not accepting patients so that hopefuls aren’t calling to make appointments only to be turned down…can you say false advertisement?

Terrible front desk, with a rude tone, as if she doesn’t want to be doing her job, and also who isn’t helpful and does not provide answers. You’ll be transferred and transferred and transferred for the simplest of questions, just to be transferred to front desk. The hold time is over 20 minutes. Dr.Tse is an amazing OBGYN, I was very lucky to have her as my doctor during my twin pregnancy. She is very smart, professional, caring and sweet. She makes sure you and your family feel comfortable every step of the way. She is reachable through the portal. You can really tell she cares about her patients.

Dr.Tse was my doctor during my twin pregnancy/high risk pregnancy. She is very kind, she really cares about you and listens to your concerns. She is very reachable through the portal and makes sure you are taken care of during your pregnancy. Dr. Tse makes sure you and your family are comfortable every step of the way and refers you to additional care if needed. She was an amazing Dr throughout my pregnancy and even after delivering my twins; I can always contact her and get an answer in a timely manner. She is very knowledgeable, very professional, she cares, she looks after you and reaches out to you to make sure you are good to go. Dr. Tse's staff at the hospital is amazing too. I highly recommend Dr. Tse to every woman in the DFW area. She is simply amazing!. Smart, kind, professional, friendly.

Dr. Tse is the most caring and compassionate medical professional that I have ever had. Not only is she loving and kind but she is informative and patient. I would refer Dr. Tse to anyone that is looking for the best quality care during their pregnancy!

If there were 100 stars, I'd give them to Dr. Tse. I have never had a medical professional be this incredible. She took her time with me when I had my miscarriage, she held my hand and was so sweet. When I went through this pregnancy and birth, she was so patient, kind, caring, the greatest cheerleader. She gave me all the information I needed and let me decide how I wanted to birth my baby. When I chose a repeat c section, she made sure to give me the MOST peaceful and gentle c section ever. Now that I'm not pregnant anymore, I'll miss seeing her monthly. So thankful I found Dr. Tse!!! My postpartum experience in my first pregnancy was not the best and so I went through three doctors in my second pregnancy before picking one and I am so thankful I found Dr. Tse!! She was so patient and caring and sensitive throughout my entire pregnancy. She honestly made me feel like I was her only patient at several appointments and especially during my delivery. She prepped her team on my previous experience and made sure my delivery this time around was a better one. The room was so peaceful and she was so encouraging and patient. She took extra precautions after I delivered to make sure previous situations didn’t happen. Her office is very big on taking care of each patient. There may have been appointments where I had to wait longer to be seen but I honestly appreciated it because she was taking care of her patients in the best way she could so I knew I was going to get that same loving care and I did. I am SO thankful for Dr. Tse! She is always available to answer my questions and concerns. Her thorough responses on the portal and the quality she takes at my appointments means the world to me. It’s exactly what I would hope in an OB and I’m so thankful I found her!

If you don't plan for or want a c-section, forget about this place, especially dr. Gladys Tse. Although I am young and healthy with no risk factors, dr. Tse will give you false analysis results just to make you feel yourself under risk for natural birth. She is pro-C-section because it is a surgical procedure which nets get more $.

Tana in the scheduling department was very rude to my fiance. We were planning on going there for her pregnancy but Tana's attitude which reflects your first impression of the place steers you right away. We're going to keep looking for someone with better staff to birth our son.

Getting an appointment with her is a miracle, the wait time at the office for appointment is infinity, the office staff and Medical Assistants are over worked or may be just unfriendly... BUT Dr. Tse makes it all worth it. She genuinely cares, knows her work really well, will make you feel like one in a billion shinning star, is super knowledgeable, and experienced. She cared for my super painful pregnancy so personally, as if she was going through it herself. Dr. Tse and the entire team is amazing. It's hard to get her appointment but she is worth the wait. I had to switch OB during my pregnancy as my previous amazing OB moved practice elsewhere, but Dr. Tse's team had gone through his notes, didn't make me repeat unwanted tests/ discussion etc. She patiently answers questions and has great bedside manners. I don’t know how anyone can say anything negative about her or her staff. She is an incredible person who runs her practice from her heart and is filled with such compassion and understanding. She has walked with me through two miscarriages, the birth of my toddler and now my second son here in a few weeks. She exemplifies the best of the best! Only reason im giving a 2 star is due to their phone service it would be nice to call directly front desk instead of going to a call center and they ask a ton of questions before they decide if they will connect you, even then they will just get a call back number to call you back it's very frustrating!!

Dr. Tse is the most caring and wonderful doctor. Her in office staff are also wonderful and many have been with her for years. The only drawback is that it can be practically impossible to get an appointment and you have to be very persistent.

I could not have asked for a better OB during my recent pregnancy! Dr. Tse is so amazing and truly cares for her patients! Any questions we had during the whole pregnancy she was there to answer, even after we came home from the hospital and I was having trouble adjusting and dealing with PPD Dr Tse personally called me and listened to me! My baby and I are so lucky that Dr. Tse was our doctor. She is so personable and understanding. Dr Tse takes the time with her patients to get to know them and remember what we’ve talked about. I can’t imagine having so many patients, but always remembering small details. She speaks to her patients like peers and truly cares about us. Even her own nurses in her office adore her. They have such nice things to say about her, and I can tell they respect her as a doctor and fully trust in her. The staff at THR that helped deliver our baby were also amazing. Unlike most doctors Dr Tse treats you like a real person. She will build a relationship with you and remember everything about you. She is more like a friend than a doctor. That is extremely important when you select an OB. On top of that her response time is amazing. My short term disability paper work was difficult and i had so many questions. Dr Tse is AMAZING. We did IVF so I was super nervous when we transferred from fertility clinic to OBGYN & she couldn’t have been more awesome. She has the absolute best bedside manner. Listens to all concerns, respects your birth plans & never rushes you in the office. Front staff not the best & sometimes you will have to wait because she won’t rush her patients so it may cause her to run late for yours. My wife and I had both of our babies here in 2016 and 2020 with Dr. Tse and her highly competent staff. Dr. Tse is very knowledgeable and a great OBGYN, funny as anyone I've met, spends plenty of time with you, and genuinely cares about her patients and their little ones. We loved everyone that we encountered at her offices, during delivery, and during my wife's recovery at the hospital. I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with Dr. Tse. I came to her as an anxious new patient with a history of difficult deliveries. From the very beginning she set my mind at ease. Her calm and friendly demeanor was very reassuring and I was amazed at her ability to remember all of the details of my complicated medical history. She delivered my third baby recently with no complications at all, and I am so grateful! I sing her praises!!

Called to make an appointment, and somehow I NEED to called my insurance to verify???! I’ve never had to do that before. I told the nurse that it’s you guys job to verify not mine and she say no we don’t do that. It’s just laziness in some people. Oh well you lose a patience.

I would give negative stars if I could. A tip to this office: if you are going to send out someone's medical records, make sure you send them the correct records. Can you say HIPAA violation? I was expecting my own medical records, since I was prepared to fire Dr Tse as my doctor due to the poor service I’ve received, and this office actually gave me someone else’s records. Dr. Tse is awesome. She’s a great doctor I had been seeing for years. I haven’t been back in about 3 years (now I remember why). When I called to make an appointment I pressed 1 for “new patient” since I knew that they would consider me that after a three year hiatus. The girl that answered the phone didn’t ask which doctor I wanted to see but when she looked me up she assumed I was requesting Dr. Tse. She very rudely told me that it had been 3 years since I’d been in so I she wasn’t accepting new patients (how dare I call and try and get in with Dr. Tse is how she came off). I politely reminded her that there were other doctors in the office and I just needed to be seen. She then tells me that it would have to be one of the other two which based on her flip attitude and tone of I can only assume these are horrible doctors. So I agreed and again she told me that since it had been 3 years (dear god I KNOW) that they wouldn’t be able to get me in today. Girl, I wasn’t asking for today but some time before my lady parts slough off and I die. She just put words in my mouth and was extremely ugly. If you can’t be mildly pleasant or have a modicum of respect for women that call in then you should NOT work in OBGYN. I think you can assume anyone that calls is either overdosed with pregnancy hormones, in pain or just generally trying to correct their crazy. Dr.Tse is the sweetest lady. I picked her for my second pregnancy and I felt so calm in that pregnancy. Her personality is warm and caring and she listens to you, especially if you have concerns. Incredibly bad service. I didn’t even meet the doctor before I decided to find a new OB, Simply based on the incompetence I received from her entire team. Mixed up test results, failure to return Urgent medical calls, and forget about ever actually getting a person on the phone. No way could I spend the remainder of this pregnancy dealing with their office. Trust me-you and your baby will be much happier if you find another doctor.

Just awful!!! Due to their incompetent call center I am now screwed with my appointment for an OBG. They cancelled my appointment due to the fact that their call center person made me appointment after checking my insurance, saying it was okay. Now all the sudden it's not okay and they're just canceling my appointment. Telling me that I need to find another OB basically they don't want to serve me. I changed my insurance to the company they take today, they would not keep my appointment, they just ASSUMED that because on there in they could not see the change that it physically had not been changed through my insurance. 9 months ago, I met my OB/GYN Dr. Tse. She called baby Steven “her cutie” since the first day she heard his heartbeat. Every step of the way she demonstrated how important not only baby’s health was, but mine as well. Working in the medical field, you see all types of physicians but this lady is extraordinary! My surgery took a little over an hr. Something that would normally take about 30 mins. I had horrible scar tissue, so bad that no one will ever be able to re-insert into my old incision. My baby boy was delivered healthy and quickly, I put my trust in her hands and I am beyond impressed with the care I have received. Once again, Thank God for putting his hands on my doctor’s, for our health, our blessings (even the ones we forget to count), and most importantly the opportunity to be a mother to the greatest gift life could offer! She helped guide us through our complicated pregnancy —she kept us informed and calmed throughout journey. I was high risk with previous pregnancies and with this one she made sure to take my history into consideration and took all preventative measures for a healthy mom and baby. I am so blessed to have had her as my OB Gyn during my recent pregnancy. She pays attention to every detail in making sure the outcome of the delivery process is safe and benefits her patient. She is very passionate and I felt that I was in good hands. I am currently 5 days postpartum, at home with a healthy babygirl. Dr Tse is by far the most kindest, genuine and hardworking Dr I've ever had the pleasure of working with. She listened, she emphathized, she advised, she made me feel extra comfortable.... she came in to deliver my baby despite the fact that she had family arriving from out of the country that day. I had a 36 hour long labor and she ensured I was comfortable through pushing that 10lbs baby. Excellent care, extremely knowledgable. People complain about having to wait BUT if they were the ones needing an emergency C-Section they would want the doctor there right away! I only experienced two long waits throughout my entire pregnancy and both times the office staff let me know Dr. Tse was responding to an emergency. I could have rescheduled but chose to wait. If you want a doctor who knows how to prioritize and does everything she can to deliver her own patients, then you want Dr. Tse. This is the WORST customer service office I have ever dealt with. I was 10 weeks when I started to try to make an appointment here at this office. I also had just found out I had shingles just a week later. I called to make an appointment and they said they could not make my appointment as my insurance was still traditional and that I would have to call back after I change it. So I changed it to amerigroup then 2 weeks later I call back at 13 weeks to make an appointment and they said they could NOT find me at all. So suffering two weeks with shingles and NOTHING can be done until I see an OBGYN for medication to make me feel a little comfort. I was denied. Well I called my insurance and they said it was amerigroup and I was active as of October 1st. I then called the office back and told them they had said everything was active and I gave them the ID number and they still said it was not active. So I asked the lady what am I suppose to do. Idk if my baby is at harm and I don't feel yall are taking this seriously and she said ma'am idk what to tell you. And then she said I can tell the nurse and maybe she will call you. Yeah well the nurse told me too well that's important and you need to get looked at. So she said let me see what I can do to book your appointment then gets back on the phone just to tell me about the insurance AGAIN. I have had the complete run around for the last 6 weeks. So I make a appointment with a dr that takes traditional just to find out I do NOT have traditional insurance and it is in fact amerigroup insurance so I could NOT be seen by that dr. Well today I call to make an appointment and I'm told I was NOT allowed to ever be at that dr office because I was "rude" when in fact I was NOT rude I was very irritated and confused because this office kept giving me the run around so here I am at 16 weeks pregnant and have NOT been to the dr... We had a high risk pregnancy and Dr. Tse literally held our hand through the entire thing. Dr Tsé is absolutely phenomenal!!!! She's the BEST doctor hands-down. Not only because of her sweet and funny personality but because of her skill, knowledge and dedication to her patients. She is super smart. She delivered by son over thanksgiving 2015. I was a high risk pregnancy and she came in to deliver him during her time off just to make sure I was okay. At the time I had only been her patient since the beginning of that pregnancy. I was blown away by her heart and dedication. I still am today. Not Saying that anyone should expect her to come in to work during her time off because she deserves it lol, but it is simply a testament to her heart and dedication to her profession. I have been going to Dr. Tse for over five years for annual well woman check ups and family planning/birth control. Dr. Tse has the warmest and friendliest bedside manner I have ever witnessed. She makes the whole experience comfortable and easy. She placed an IUD for me today, and I barely felt a thing! It is obvious she cares about her patients and is truly great at what she does.

I absolutely love Dr. Tse, but the majority of her staff are rude, it's impossible to get an urgent appointment, they forgot to fill prescriptions, and the wait time is painfully long. If you make an appointment with her, don't show up early. She's an incredible doctor who's performed two of my surgeries, but her office and staff just isn't up to code.

Great! We had just moved to the DFW area and came across many positive reviews on Dr Tse and are so glad we picked her in our journey to having our first baby! She was kind, to the point and would spend the time to answer any questions we had; which we appreciated. While she was extremely busy (practically running around her office and down the hall to the hospital to deliver a baby or two and then back!) yet she made you feel like you were her only patient. Highly recommend Dr Tse!

Dr Tse is amazing! She's caring, knowledgeable and has a great bed side manner. When I was diagnosed with breast cancer she called me and kept check on me during the process. I love Dr Tse!

She is the most personable physician I have ever encountered and I love the attention she give to not only me, but also my husband when he's with me. He has the chance to ask questions and voice his concerns and she's always earnest in her conversations with both of us. I appreciate her bedside manner so much.
