In this day and time it isn't often that you can find a physician that has the skill and knowledge to treat those in medical crisis and can also show empathy and concern for the emotional need of the patient. Dr. Giovanna DaSilva is that such doctor. Dr. DaSilva was very thorough in explaining my medical process in detail; never leaving me anxious or confused. She truly cares about the health and well being of her patients. I am blessed and thankful to have had her as my surgeon and attending physician.

I saw her 2-3 times 2014-16. She is exceptionally caring & compassionate. I lived about 3-hr. away, and had to call her 3x- she always made a point of calling me the same day (sometimes between cases if she was in the OR) but she always got back to me, and never made me feel like an inconvenience! In Jan 2015 I was brought to her office with complications from a surgery at Tradition Hospital in Port St Lucie, Fl. I was hospitalized for 6 months prior to being brought to Dr DaSilva. Dr DaSilva saw my dteriorated condition with my incisions still open from July 2015 and still infected. She immediately admitted me to Cleveland Clinic and operated to correct what was still wrong from the original surgery. I credit her with saving my life. She is exceptional. Thank you Dr. you are the best.

I have no word to express how thankful I'm for Dr. DaSilva's care, attention. I had colon cancer stage III and her expertise and humanity saved my life.
