Amazing MD. A good friend recommended this MD to me since he has been a patient there for a long time. The staff is very knowledgeable and professional. Doctor has a heart and it’s very kind.

I am really disappointed at the this clinic the way its being operated. First of all you call this place they don't like to answer the phone, after few attempts may be with some luck if they answer the phone their response time to return the call back is 3 days. If they are short handed or don't have enough staff, they must do something about it rather than giving their patients lame excuses. To get an appointment to see the Doctor is like a nightmare and their recommendation is to come as walk in and wait so they can serve you at their will. If you decide to go as a walk in you will see a line of people waiting and some bring their chairs. This place is simply awful and would not recommend to any one. Starting off with my family has been long time patients. Received a scheduled appointment with Dr Ginger Leon for 330 from one of their admin specialist or nurses, showed up at the scheduled time to be told that my appointment was for 300 even though I had text message confirmation for 330. They had no understanding of my injury, the distance that I had to travel to get to the appointment or child care that needed to be arranged: they wouldn’t see me. Seems like the doctor wanted an early day. The place truly is a joke ever since their relocation. I think it’s time to find a new doctor. To add they even billed the wrong insurance for my dad causing delays in his much needed treatment. Maybe mismanaged but something really should be done about it. This place is awful. They don’t take appointments, instead they have you wait in line all morning until 9am just to maybe be seen by the Dr. The first time I went I waited in line for two hours and was 5th in line and never got to see the Dr . In fact I never even received a phone call back . I suffer from Mental illness and haven’t been able to see the Dr for a simple refill prescription . This place is awful.
