you are only as good as your front team. When I called to make an appointment I was concerned from the beginning as they appeared absolutely clueless. The initial person answering the phone handed it someone who seemed to know a bit more- but was she was absolutely rude. I hung up certain that I would be in the hands of incompetent people. I love Better Bodies Chiropractic and Wellness! Everyone there is so great and always smiling and always accommodating! A very friendly and professional atmosphere. I would highly recommend this facility to everyone I know!!!

Horrible! Patient for many years. Today they tried to overcharge me $25. Office Manager, Staci, got all in my face. Raised her voice, lied about my number of visits last year but what really upset me was her condescending attitude, narcissistic behavior, and saying things like I'm sorry YOU don't understand. I should have walked out then. The discussion took 15 minutes and cut into both my massage and chiro appointment times. When I told chiropractor, Dr Jeff, he just said, "Oh well!". They need to learn appreciation, customer service. And wear masks since they aren't Covid vaccinated!! They lost a client today and am sure they could care less. Horrible! Patient for many years.
