Horrible doctor. Lied to me to get another appointment to get more money. $$ just go get a covid test and don't waste your time with her. She also didnt notice 2 things that my new doctor caught. I wouldnt see her.

Excellent Doctor!! I have been going to her for the last 4 years with my 3 children; 1 being on the spectrum. I am pretty picky when it comes to doctors and she had exceeded my expectations! She is patient, kind and compassionate!! She truly takes the time to listen to me and makes us feel special!

Both of my boys have been going to Dr. Song for the past 14 years. My wife and I have been continually impressed with Dr. Song's calming presence, friendliness, professionalism, intelligence, and expertise. She always conducts a thorough assessment and does a great job of explaining her findings and tx plan. Very thankful for Dr. Song and her staff. Highly recommend!

For a combined 20 years, my daughters saw Dr. Gina Song at TLC Pediatrics in St. Charles, IL. Dr. Song pierced my daughter's ears and one lobe had issues (piercing was too low). We let the ear heal and asked Dr. Song to re-pierce for us. Even though we were willing to bring in the original earring that fit the gun, she said she must charge $70 for her time. The time it takes to pierce one ear is maybe 5 minutes maximum so this would mean Doctor Song’s rate is $840 per HOUR. I am so upset and disappointed with Dr. Song that after all these years of giving her business and being loyal to her, she would not reciprocate by extending this one courtesy we requested.
