We (my wife and I( have been going to Dr Sevigny for about 10 years and we are totally satisfied by the care and service she provides to us!

I like a doctor who says the patient is the boss. She will give advice, but you will decide. Excellent doctor, office staff. Very efficient and good listeners.

Dr. Sevigny is a very fine dermatologist. She is very capable and knowledgeable. The staff is second to none. The office is run beautifully. They also answer the phone when you call which is very refreshing.

Just need a shout out to a spectacular practice! They are efficient, knowledgeable, courteous and a pleasure to see. I have a high deductible insurance and they have been amazing at making sure I know what to expect to be billed. I am pleased to recommend this practice for all your Dermatological needs.

Absolutely 5 stars for this amazing establishment! Very quiet and calm atmosphere made for a very enjoyable experience. The staff was beyond amazing! I saw Kathleen and she was very sweet and knowledgeable. I had a lot of questions upon checkout, and the billing lady, I think her name was Sandra, was absolutely wonderful! She went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and was so kind and friendly! The office was very clean and I had prompt service! I would definitely recommend OBD to anyone in the area looking for a dermatologist!!!

Wonderful, they have a patient for life (ME-;-). Staff is great and willing to help. All providers are kind a considerate.

I am so please with my decision to come to this practice. I was terrified about getting any kind of fillers, and the nurse practitioner Kathleen McLaughlin not only did a great job but it did not hurt at all. I love the staff, they are all so sweet and polite. Great Practice

Just want to give Kudos to this Dermatology Office and staff!!! From check in to checkout and all the staff in between, this office is well ran, organized and knowledgeable. From my cosmetic questions to my billing questions everything was answered. I am new to the area and I wanted to be established in a good practice and this is it. My appointment with a Nurse Practitioner was more than I could've ever expected, she was very professional and knew what she was talking about. I highly recommend this practice to friends and family and any one looking for the best care.

I would like to say how wonderful this practice is from checking in to checking out. I see some of the reviews here are negative. As far as the review regarding the rider on health insurances, office have to be careful because this is a true issue and if these patients who have these riders are treated and then they get tan outrageous bill because their insurance won't pay they will be deliriously angry. So you can't win. People please be fair with your reviews. Think before you speak.

I feel compelled to express my opinion that this dermatology office practices insurance discrimination. Twice I called to make an appointment and based on my insurance was told that I needed to find out if my employer had a "rider" because the services might not be covered. Twice my insurance company called this office to inquire as to why they would tell me that when this dermatologist is a preferred provider of my insurance. When the insurance reps called, they were told they would have to call back the next week to speak with the billing person. One of the reps did wait a week and speak with the billing person; and the rep called me back to say that there was no reason for them to be asking about a rider because my treatment would be covered. When I called the second time to make an appointment, I was AGAIN warned by the office staff about the need for a rider. I finally told them to cancel my appointment because of the way they had treated me.

Dr. Sevigny and her staff were very helpful and informative during a recent skin cancer removal and skin graff. Explained everything as surgery went along and was thorough with follow up visits. Very caring staff who took time to explain care of wounds and saw me quickly to answer questions.

Very pleasant office. Staff is so friendly and cheerful and the physician is thorough. The Aesthetics Center is wonderful also with many skincare treatments and products.

Excellent staff and Dorctor Sevigny is great so much so that I went outside of my network to see her!

Dr. Sevigny and her staff have been very responsive and compassionate over the past 3 years I have been going to them.

Having dealt with skin cancer, it was important for me when I moved to Ormond Beach to find a Dermatologist who is knowledgable, thorough and compassionate. I found those qualities in Dr.Gina Sevigny of Ormond Beach Dermatology. Her care is exceptional as well as her staff. Choose her and you have chosen the best doctor. P.S. Love her smile!! Terry M.

I had Mohs surgery where Dr. Sevigny was assisted by one of the nurse practioners, Katie, and one of the medical assistants, Christina. Dr. Sevigny was very caring as she explained in detail each step of my surgery and eased me of any worries. Katie and Christina were great as well. The entire staff, from the minute I walked into the office until the time I checked out, was very friendly and caring. OBD definitely treats their patients with great care and understanding.

To be honest, I have never been happier with a doctor and her staff. Dr. Sevigny gives me the personal attention and care I wish I had from all of my doctors, and the follow-ups from the office are unmatched. I tend to ask more than a few questions about my care and she and her staff never mind answering all of my questions and concerns - they go that extra mile to make sure I'm comfortable with every situation.

My first visit with Dr. Sevigny and I made a point of traveling from Orlando to Ormond Beach to be seen. I had a wonderful experience. She is very thorough and she has a pleasant staff which made me feel welcome.

I had a recurrence of what appeared to be melanoma in the same spot as before but for a year Dr. Sevigny refused to do a biopsy. When I finally demanded a biopsy it came back positive for melanoma. Although Dr. Sevigny had her office to call me every day I went to another doctor to have it removed and never returned to Dr. Devigny.
