Don't go see Gina. I went there with a medical issue I was deeply worried about and ashamed to go see a doctor about. Gina interrupted me multiple times, wouldn't let me explain the situation, and ended up saying I need to "exercise and get outside more." I am 6'1. 175 and a former college athlete. My physical shape has never been better yet that was what was recommended to do. I went and saw another doctor shortly after seeing Gina and he was utterly shocked at how bad I had been treated by her and how no effort went into looking into the issue. Also, billing messed up my account and address and ended up sending under $200 to collections without even notifying me at all. Go anywhere but Gina. It had a negative impact on my life by doing so.

Fully disappointed with my visit would be an understatement. I went to Gina Grove with a medical issue I was deeply concerned about. I was barely able to explain what was wrong because I was so upset and the response from Gina was to "workout and get outside more." I literally never go to the doctor so I was truly sick and I also am outside everyday so that comment took me by surprise. No further effort when into my diagnosis at all. She maybe spoke to me for one minute in person. I immediately knew I was not getting even one percent of attention I deserved. Also, the financial division of the office never notified me about a payment I needed to make and ended up turning it into collections for under $200, no call or anything directly to me. This was already 16 months after the appointment and still no contact was made to me. Do not go to Gina unless you want to be very underwhelmed.

Dr. Grove is fabulous! She listens and makes you laugh no matter how bad your feeling. She goes the extra mile for her patients and makes you feel comfortable. I feel very fortunate I found her.

The absolute BEST. She has genuine concern for her patients, is always so friendly and takes the time to listen to what her patients have to say. I have been a patient for 27 years and she is literally the best doctor I have ever had care for me and my family.

My daughter was diagnosed with mono yesterday. There were only two doctors in the office when they were notified from the hospital lab that my daughter had mono. My daughters doctor was not in, so Dr. Castaneda called her in medication. They called it in by the end of the day. My pharmacy said there was no way they could fill this without paperwork or without an emergency doctor request. The pharmacist told me to call the doctor on call and have them call in to tell that it is an emergency request. Dr. Gina Grove told her nurse Katie to tell my daughter that she could wait till the morning for her medication to help her with her mono/discomfort! The medication was to help ease her pain!! Need I say, as the doctor on call, she did not fulfill her duties. I’m very displeased and infuriated with Dr. Grove. And my poor 16-year-old daughter suffered another night. She has had mono for at least 3 to 4 days now without anything medication. One phone call to my pharmacy could have helped my daughter, that’s all the pharmacy needed. Dr. Grove was a good doctor, until the day I told her I was relocating. She didn't like me to message her with any concerns I'd had with a test I'd just taken. She made it very clear that she didn't have time for my concerns. She was very rude and unprofessional toward me. Worst experience ever!

So far my experience with Dr. Grove has exceeded my expectations.

She is amazing! Listens well, cares about you personally! My son loves her ????

Maybe tell me that you will not be listening to my list of concerns at the beginning of my well visit . Do I have to make a separate apt. for each concern? Will not be back

I have seen Dr. Grove for years and she is always attentive, professional and caring. She saved my husband's life a couple of years ago- she has made my life better for a very long time.

I have been with Gina for 4 years as a patient. I have been medicated for ADD most of my life, and yet this doctor makes it extremely inconvenient and is downright judgmental about prescribing a controlled substance. I was coerced into taking a medicine she was more comfortable giving but as I no longer have health insurance it costs me well over 250$ because it isn't generic . She fails to call you back with important test results and doesn't read med records or attempt to connect personally.
