I'm definitely not coming here again! The whole office was disorganized. They have no idea what they're doing. It's truly embarrassing. I was sitting in the waiting room for 2 hours. Never again!

Terrible experience in her office. Waited for 2 hours for my 2 minute appointment.

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Tartaglia for more that 10 years. We have always received great care and treated well by everyone in the office. Laura, Anna, Fatima and all the rest of the office staff are wonderful and very helpful. We are always greeted with a smile and alway treated with respect. Recently we received a call from Dr. Tartaglia's office offering us appointments for the COVID-19 vaccine. We didn't have to search the internet for an appointment, we didn't need to go some where unfamiliar and we didn't need to travel far. All we needed to do to go a very familiar place, Dr. Tartaglia's office. We were greeted by familiar people and they even worked with my husband's schedule so he could get back to work on time. We are very well cared for by Dr. Tartaglia and all of her office staff. We are very grateful for their caring and professionalism.

Dr. T is the best very patient and understanding and knows her stuff big time I went to Dr. T when I lived in Yorktown for many years and I retired in florida but I still travel to N.Y. every other month and try to make it my business to go for a phycial once a year. THANKS DR.T AND STAFF.

Dr. T is caring, attentive and most important always has time for her patients.

I did have a wait, but I'm sure while she examined & questioned me, someone else was waiting. There was no rush, questions answered, felt as though I was the only patient in her care. Dr. Tartaglia was so pleasant, I was very comfortable with her, the staff, mostly the ladies at the desk are always very pleasant too. Everyone is so nice & always there if you have a worry about 'something' - ready to comply & help with any situation your not comfortable with. Extremely happy with all.

Just switched doctors b/c of bad experiences with Dr. T's office. Over an hour wait every time I have had scheduled appointments (physicals and flu shot). Nurses do not fill out medical and insurance forms properly. I can never get in for a sick visit. Once I went to pick up an insurance form during business hours and no one was there, office was locked! Her call service said they should have been there. Very frequent turnover with nurses and PAs. Receptionist is unfriendly and not helpful.
