Dr. Gina Gladstein

Based on my experience during the last 15 years that I have been a patient of Dr. Gladstein I can confidently say that she absolutely deserves a 5-star rating. In my opinion, she is the best! Extremely knowledgeable, smart, thorough, and a nice personality. I would highly recommend her.

My experience with Dr. Gladstein has always been excellent. She did cataract surgery six years ago that has served me well.

From checkIn to checkout, the entire visit was efficient, friendly and effective. Dr Gladstein has been my eye doctor for over 25 years and has actually improved my vision without glasses since I first started going to her. What more could I ask?

As usual, everyone you encounter at Dr Gladsteins office is courteous, professional and gives you confidence in your care. This level of care starts from the top down with Dr Gladstien and all of her support staff. I feel the same way about every doctor I have encountered at Greenwich Ophthalmology.

This is a VERY busy practice yet it is run very smoothly and efficiently. I was taken on time, had several pictures & eye tests before I was moved into the exam room. My vision & pressure were checked & then Dr Gladstein reviewed all tests and did thorough an eye exam. She is always delightful & willing to answer any questions. It's a wonderful practice. My experience was quite pleasant. I was very impressed with the staffs friendliness, expertise, thoroughness, expediency, and efficiency, and professionalism. Everyone’s concern for my comfort., was a very pleasant surprise,! I am very pleased with my experience!!!! Look forward to my next visit!!!

Too many paraprofessionals and even though I asked the history taker to make sure my questions were answered one of three wasn’t. If the doctor had taken the history she would have answered it as it was asked. Charged $60. for a procedure that even the tech said was useless. More a factory than a physician office. Dr. Gladstein provides outstanding insight and care.

I scheduled an introductory visit with Dr Gladstein, as my glaucoma picture is changing, and guidance from my eye doctor was confusing and uncertain. (The practice has recently affiliated with my UHC healthplan). After preliminary testing by a very competent technician, Dr Gladstein provided a firm, well explained assessment and offered a novel medication regimen, which will help clarify my glaucoma picture and inform next best steps. I cannot overstate how relieved I am for the peace of mind that very first office visit provided. I now have an expert glaucoma specialist and comprehensive eye care all in one, multi-specialist practice. A perfect 65-yr old birthday present!

Efficient, timely, full explanation, skilled!!!!

Surprisingly harmonious experience for my first visit there! Everyone was helpful with my questions and with each test administered smoothly. Very well organized office! Requested results of my tests, as requested, in a 4 page printout—one in color even. Liked having my own records myself. Returning again. Impressed.

I had an excellent experience yesterday. Dr. Gladstein was thorough and patient. Her staff, Michelle and Chris, are wonderful. Very kind and reassuring. I have been going to Dr. Gladstein for years and highly recommend her.

Very thorough examination. Fortunately I did not have any issues but if I do going forward, I'm confident that Gina and her group will oversee any treatment necessary to the highest degree.

Dr Gladstein is always so thorough with her examination . She takes her time with you , and you never feel rushed . Dr Gladstein is the best

Everyone at the Center was very helpful informative & polite. Dr Gladstein & Dr Denzel was extremely important in checking my eye condition. Only downside, not everything is covered by insurance fully

Dr. Gladstein is an excellent Dr. She took care of me for an emergency procedure. She is very thorough on the treatments and surgeries I needed. She doesn't give out unnecesary procedures. My only problem is not with her that even after insurance we are paying extra for refractions and the optos.

I was quite impressed during my recent visit to Greenwich Ophthalmology. I got an appointment pretty quickly and easily. The front desk staff was professional, friendly and efficient. As usual, Dr. Gladstein was thoughtful, thorough, and professional with my unexpected visit. Her office staff is always a pleasant experience too. I feel assured to have her in my medical contacts!

Dr. Gladstein is an exceptional professional care provider. She operates in an extremely efficient environment- and I would highly recommend her to any/all my friends & family.

As a follow up to my March visit I was anxious to learn the status of my eyes following my recent diagnosis of type 2 diabetes? After extensive tests Dr. Gladstein advised that she was pleased with the results of the eyes however she was more concerned with the status of my cataracts and recommended I seek further advice from Dr. Mandava which I will do during the weeks ahead.

Very thorough testing and examination in a spotless office. She makes use of the latest technology but is very personable at the same time.

Completely excellent!

Everything was great. No wait time after I checked in. I saw a technician who began the tests for Dr Gladstein. I mentioned a concern I had and the technician immediately emailed it to the doctor. When that was completed another technician did a test for glaucoma. When Dr Gladstein came in she completed more tests, and sensitively addressed my concern. She prescribed medication, however the staff found that CVS does not carry it. A member of the reception staff was instrumental in finding a pharmacy that did carry it and confirmed an order had been placed, and that I could pick it up shortly.

Great doctor...would have enjoyed spending a few more minutes speaking with her. It's difficult to speak to a doctor when they are in a hurry to get to there next patient.

Dr. Gladstein is thorough AND personable and calming. She explained my situation and options in a way that gave me confidence. The technician and nurse/assistant were both efficient, pleasant, and very helpful.

As always, wonderful experience from check in to check out. Everyone is very professional, pleasant and caring. Dr. Gladstein has been my Doctor for many years and I highly recommend her. She takes the time to make sure you are completely taken care of and that you have a understanding of any information/diagnosis given.

This was my first visit and I was impressed with the care, professionalism of all, efficiency, attention to its pristine environment and communication. Dr. Gladstein provided great care. I am very pleased!

I was taken only a short time after I arrived. Was taken care of Dr. Gladsteins assisants for some of the tests. When he arrived she went over everything. She then checked my eyes herself. Dr and staff very professional and efficient

I have been a patient for years and I have been very happy with my treatment.

I went for a second opinion. Dr. Gladstein reviewed my information and was responding to questions that I needed clarification. I was seen in a timely manner. The staff was attentive and through. I will be use this Opthamology practice in the future.
