Dr. Gina D'Costa

When I was looking for a provider I had heard good things about her but she would not accept me. I guess she has too many patients bc I’ve heard she has long waits.

Wait times are ridiculous. She definitely over schedules. Waiting an hour & 10 minutes after scheduled appointment time is unacceptable. Prior appointment wait time was 1 hour after scheduled appointment.

D Costa is very personable, easy to talk to, and she listens. I have been with her for several years and don't plan on changing!

Was recommended to us when we moved to Richmond 2 years ago. Dr D always listens and spends time to find out what’s going on. Caring and compassionate.
