The front desk staff seem like they don't even have a high school diploma, the nurses in the back don't take their job seriously, and they do not keep patient confidentiality. My last appointment I was left by myself in the back while the nurses made fun of my last name and laughed at me. Another time I went to talk about some serious stuff that was going on with me and all they did was make a note that said I was just being "goofy". The service here is very very poor. They are not organized and the front desk ppl are not qualified to do that job. I have waited for 3 hours JUST for a doctor to prescribe my child something I can buy at the drug store. They're just there to milk your insurance. One nurse was always kind of rude, & Dr. Garcia only saw him 3x outta the 6 times we went there, but I have to say he was also rude, & unprofessional walked out on us to take a call & never came back in to finish talking about our daughters treatment.
