I like the way doctor Giju Hair has been doing every thing to help me with my problem. He is Easy to work with He cares about his patience.thank you.

Dr Nair was very informative and good calm bedside manner considering the awkward procedure I had done. The exam room floor was not clean. As I changed for the procedure, my pants picked up a lot of dust off the floor. That made me uncomfortable about the cleanliness of the room.

Tough thing going to the Urologist in your late 50’s. False fears prompted by what-ifs can be a powerful antagonist. Dr Nair, Veronica and sweet Serena in imagining were a comforting force in an uncertain time.

Dr. Nair was fantastic. Very personable which made an unpleasant procedure as good as an experience as it's going to be getting a vasectomy.

Dr Nair and his staff have always treated me with the most respect. I feel they have always gone out of their way to make me feel comfortable. I would recommend him and his staff to my best friend.

Dr. Nair is very professional, warm and friendly. He has the ability to explain complicated issues in easy to understand terms. I am in a high risk group for prostate cancer and he has been on top of it with semi-annual screening and an annual check up.

I felt that Dr. Nair was totally focused on me, my issues and what I had to say with no sense of hurrying. He explained things completely, was professional and personable. I can't imagine how this visit could have gone better.

Having recently had the good fortune of having Dr. Nair as the attending surgeon for a medical procedure I needed, I have only the highest praise for the work he and his team provided at the Rockwood MultiCare clinic. I felt I was in good hands from the beginning and the outcome was all I could have hoped it would be.

Dr Nair is very easy to communicate with and explains everything in as much detail as you want. All questions are answered openly and he leaves you with a high confidence level in his diagnosis. I feel very safe in his care and will easily trust him however things progress.

Dr Nair was very friendly and professional! I had a follow up appt today and I am happy that Dr Nair was my doctor. He is kind, calm, and explains things in a way that isn't over the top. I 100% give him two thumbs up.

I arrived 15 minutes early because I had been warned about parking. Within 5 minutes I was seen by the medical assistant, who asked questions and did a couple tests. After that was seen within a couple minutes by Dr. Nair. He has an excellent "bedside" manner. We discussed my issues, he completed one more test to make sure everything was fine. I was out of the office about 10 minutes after my appointment time. I was very pleased with my visit and would recommend both Dr. Nair and the other people in his office I had contact with. Amazing crew here. The nurse and Doctor have a great bedside manner. They made me feel very comfortable during my procedure. They were verry professional and fast as well. The exam room was a bit cold but other than that it was a good visit. I’m home relaxing and feeling no pain or swelling.

Doctor Nair was very warm and reassuring in his mannerisms. He did his best to make my biopsy as comfortable as possible under the circumstances. The procedure was relatively quick and much less painful than I had imagined. His medical-science-based explanation of what led up to the decision to biopsy, and what to expect next, were thorough and thoughtful. I would recommend him for this type of analysis. Dr. Nair was amazing from our first consult to the snip snip. I went in very nervous and didn’t realize I was 100% relaxed until he was half way through the physical examination. We chatted like two friends while he was performing the surgery. I wish my GP was like Dr. Nair.

This Dr. is fine, no issues; seemed caring. The office staff however, I wouldn’t rely on them to handle any of my affairs. After two weeks of constant calling to their office to have my CT scan results forwarded to my PCP, and being told directly by a person named Stephanie they would be faxing it over, this still did not happen. In fact, it took multiple phone calls and a detailed phone message and guess what? A simple fax to my local PCP’s office was still not completed. I provided all the details, the other doctors name, fax number and all my personal info (DOB, etc.) and after the fourth call I was rudely told by Jen that both of the people named Stephanie had never heard of my case or fax request. Then Jen goes on to repeat to me my voice message that included my request to fax the results with the fax number. And again insists that both Stephanie's had never even heard of my case or request. How utterly unprofessional. The right thing to do would be to say that they would fax the results right then. Instead I told her I would physically pick up the results and hand deliver them to my primary doctor a couple miles away, which I did. So frustrating and unnecessary. This incident caused me to seek a different urologist with a competent and caring staff. I lost faith in this office. This Dr. is fine, no issues; seemed caring. Gave the impression of wanting to be done with me ASAP. Very little benefit from my visit with him. I'm sure he is very good at his job.

My sister had an emergency kidney stone surgery, the Dr. was incredible, not only in his ability to take care & repair, but his bedside manor is beyond professional and comforting. I have only the highest of regard and respect for the professional, caring, and compassionate ability of this Dr., he is our "hero" without a doubt, so grateful we were assigned this doctor! A real gem!!

Let me start by saying I get extremely anxious whenever I have to go to the Doctor, especially a Urologist. Dr. Nair is not only thorough when he examines you but explains what's going on in layman's terms and today he did so with a side of humor as well. Outstanding! He totally put me at ease. I highly recommend Dr. Nair.

Dr. Nair treated my mother for bladder cancer and is very kind and knowledgable. I felt very comfortable with his treatment options and his expertise. I highly recommend him.

He is a great dr

Great bedside manner. Had a no scalpel vasectomy and he did a terrific job. He was recommended to me by 2 different people. I will be sure to recommend him to others as well.

Refused to see me because I had seen another urologist before him that I nor my PCP was happy with. Accused me of jumping from doctor to doctor. My primary made this appointment with Dr. Nair for me because I was so sick and needed a specialist. Don't waste your time. Very unprofessional!

Dr. Nair performed a vasectomy for me. He was very easy to talk to and we joked around a little also, which helped to lighten the mood in a serious situation for any man. He explained the procedure in detail and what I needed to do to prepare for it. During the procedure he would tell me every step that he was doing and kept making sure I was OK. He did a great job. I had very little to no pain as long as I followed his instructions. I have already recommended him to another person.
