Dr. Ghyeath Ayoubi

Dr Ayoubi has retired, sadly. I learned this today. I don't understand why anyone would give him a bad review. He was a to-the-point doctor who was frankly brilliant. He had the ability to interpret like a walking computer and knew what to prescribe, or not. All while still giving you his attention, and respecting your wishes. I'm a little sad that I need to find a new doctor now.

Not exactly sure the role of Daphne at this office but she needs to be trained on customer service skills, she seriously lacks it. When working for a pcp you need to always be nice to patients, it doesn’t matter what the issue or circumstance. When I called on the phone she was beyond rude and I seemed to be bothering her...if that’s the case she should find another job not dealing with patients. Be nice Daphne, it’s free!!! He is a excellent and thorough doctor who really cares about his patients. The staff is fantastic also. I highly recommend him !

Very good. Dr Ayoubi is always thorough and listens to my concerns. I have been going to him for 25 years and totally trust him. The staff are always kind and willing to do anything to make my visits easier.

The rudest staff , luckily i just needed medical reports for my immigration document if i was sick and had to deal with these people . I would kill my self. Never explained the hidden charges, No sense of courtesy or willing to help. They didnt even explain me the results of my blood work and xrays. STAY AWAY. Extremely unknowlegable front desc personal. It was my first and last visit to the practice. Thay were going to charge me for well checkup $90 that is 100% covered by my insurance!!! Also after I confronted her on it ( they it names were May and Phylis) she told me “ oh ok I thought you just coming to establish relationships with the practice!!!” and then she added “you will just go see the doctor and if you have some health issues it will be a separate charge” WHAT????!!! Don’t go there unless you want them to rip you off !!! In addition the office looks very dark, dead and depressing. Wiered feeli inside, never had that in any doctors office. The reason on witch why we go to the doctor is to go and find answers and that has been my experience every time. I get better within the hour after I leave. Straight forward and kind in my opinion very professional and so is the staff. Thank you.

Very dissatisfied this doctor doesn't want to listen to his patients..instead he cuts you off and won't listen to your concerns. I will change my doctor and do not recommend this doctor to anyone.

The entire office staff and medical staff is absolutely wonderful! I am thrilled to finally find a doctor and staff who doesn't treat you like a number. Dr ayoubi actually sits and talks with his patients. That is very rare these days. I am so glad I found them.

I would recommend to anyone. Dr. Ayoubi is very personable, very understanding and an excellent physician . The doctor explain everything very clearly, very professional and give me the right path to a good healthy track . 5 stars. Bring your family and friends

Dr. Ayoubi is an outstanding physician. He is professional and personable. He takes the time to explain everything and answer all questions. He has an excellent staff. They are very friendly and courteous. The wait time in the lobby and exam room is very short. I highly recommend Dr. Ayoubi to anyone looking for a great, experienced and a Doctor who really cares. I wish i can give this doctor and his office a Zero star. Where do i start, yeah, my first visits, they were okay, the doctor instead of listening to what i have to say, keeps cutting me off to finish my sentences and assume how i feel. When I arrived to the office, he was very friendly, although at several points in the conversation, I had to correct information that he had assumed about my condition instead of asking me about them. I needed him to fill out a form and he wanted me to see a specialist. After seeing the specialist, it took his office four days to tell me that they wouldn't fill out the form until I went to see another specialist. I had been expressing that I needed this form filled out quickly and even called three out of the four days to see if it was ready. The office had no respect when I would call, and when I was expressing that I was upset that it took them so long to fill out the form, the nurse had no sympathy and instead of addressing the issue, said goodbye and hung up. I've been a patient at Dr. Ayoubi's office for 6 years. The office is very well run. I've been able to get appointments anytime I needed to see him and there's never a long wait.
