Dr. Ghassan Aziz Hasan

Doctor Hasan is a very knowledgeable and professional doctor. I have been seeing Dr Hasan for 4 years and have been very healthy and happy as a result, HOWEVER, after he moved his practice to Bravera, billing has become a nightmare. The last two times I saw the doctor the billing staff would charge me in full (private pay) at time of service and then their central billing would demand a second payment a few days later. They are very hard to talk to or to get any response from. I even had the Doctor show his billing department what code to use but they are still demanding a second payment. Not a situation I could recommend for someone due to the billing staff.

Prescriptions don’t always go through to the pharmacy. No one answers the phone. Have to drive to office to get anything done.! Should be handled with a simple phone call. Not happy! Would not even return pharmacies call! Don’t waste time leaving messages as , because they are not returning! Neither is messaging on website!

He told me to find a new doctor because he would not see me due to my depression at 25 years old.

Their staff that makes appointments are rude one hand doesn’t know what the other hand is doing!!I don’t usually leave comments,but thought people should know!!!

This was not the best physician visit. The wait was very long with no explanation until 45 minutes after scheduled appointment time.

Quick and pleasant. Doc and staff are very helpful

If you're looking for great medical care from a doctor you can trust, Dr Hasan is that doctor. He is thorough, truly cares about your medical needs, advises you on what's the best plan for your health and answers all your questions. His staff is as great as he is- friendly, helpful and understanding. You can get a same day appointment when you're sick, rare these days. If you need a specialist, Dr Hasan knows who to get you to as well. I've been seeing Dr Hasan for several years now and have never been disappointed!

I am a snow bird and am happy with the care I recv with Dr. Hasan when ever I need medical attention. I find him and his staff thorough and kind.

The nurse Alexis was very sweet and has great bedside manners. The Dr listens to everything I have to say. I give the nurse 5++++ stars. I will definitely be back.

Great doctor

The Doctor listened to my concerns and I am following his instructions.

The doctor is great and takes the time to get to know you.

Everyone in the office, including the doctor, was professional, thorough and they did it with a smile.

Everyone is so friendly. I definitely feel welcomed ????... Everyone is so easy to talk to. I truly feel blessed. ????

Nice office staff and Dr Ghassan Hasan is the best primary doctor in crystal river area.

Excellent Doctor with a great Staff. Compassionate atmosphere makes all the difference. Every concern I had was addressed and I left feeling comforted and informed.

All the staff, from the beginning of checking to the visit with doctor on into check out to get orders for things to do. The whole experience was good. No complaints whatsoever. Friendly, fast check in and check out. Dr Haasan. I truly liked his manner. Thank you all. All of them deserve to be recognized. Thank you.

Dr Hassan takes time with you and is concerned for your well being. I recommend him. Only concern is with the Covid mask he can be hard to understand at times. I just ask him to repeat if I don’t hear clearly.

We are extremely satisfied with Doctor Hasan has taken the time to explain and treat my wife's health problems with care and informative information . All her previous Doctors were never interested in finding the root causes of her problems. Doctor Hasan took her off two of her prescribed meds, and reduced another. The Doctor and staff are all very helpful and pleasant. Very happy and satisfied.

Dr. Hasan was great. He was straight forward with a sense of humor. He wants to help you instead of ring you dry of money. This is a practice for him, not a business. Front office staff was amazing as well!

Receptionist/s responsible for patient admission is/are incompetent and should not be allowed to checkin patients.

Great doctor really feel like he cares. Listens to all my questions and got us in and out very quickly. Really is a great guy

Dr. Hasan listens to my concerns and takes immediately takes action and makes a plan to dissolve any future problems. He is very caring and works hard to keep his patients happy and healthy!

My visit was quick and easy. Staff was very kind! The best Doctor hands down!! I was a new patient and they got me in quick! Highly recommend this office!

I have been seeing Dr. Hasan for about 12 to 13 years now I have followed him now to three different locations. I love that he is straightforward and does not hold back. I love that he understands my honesty and also explains to his nurses about my honesty. Because with your health you have to be honest in order to get the proper care. I understand that some people don't like him but obviously I have no issues otherwise I wouldn't have been seeing him for as long as I have. Dr. Hassan is great. He explains everything. He will give you an honest opinion and tell you if he isn’t the best at something. Sabrina is very kind and outgoing. Both are very pleasant to deal with.

Caring and compassionate Dr and staff. Practicing fine medicine.

Dr. Hasan was fabulous! Caring and attentive to everything I talked about. I feel very blessed to have found him. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. I have found my Dr that I plan to stay with. I would highly recommend him.

Team had execellent care and very personable. Sabrina was great.

I love the staff very friendly doctor very friendly listens to everything you say easy to talk to.

Thorough exam and spot on diagnosis. Would recommend this office for anyone seeking a competent primary care Doctor. Office staff are courteous and efficient. They apologized for being ten minutes late. Highly recommend Dr Hasan.

Came in for a return to work slip and all I got was a recommendation for routine lab work and a colonoscopy which is also routine, given my age. No chest X-ray which was needed post double pneumonia. Just told I was in good health. Wasted copay. Had to go elsewhere to get my return to work slip.

My mother n law has Alzheimers and he has been an awesome and understanding doctor.

Dr Hasan listens to me and seems to make the right diagnosis each time that's why I've stayed with him for the last 5yrs
