Dr. Afifi is truly amazing, professional, knowledgeable and so is her entire staff. From the first phone call, emails, consultation, surgery date and post surgery visits, I've been treated with the hight standards, quality care and professionalism from everybody in her office, from the receptionist, to nurses and to the doctors. Dr. Afifi made me feel so comfortable, answered all my questions that I booked my surgery right after the consultation. I have known Dr. Afifi for many years. And the one thing that I'm really so glad to say is that each time years went by I was hoping she was still available and still around. I tell you she is not only available but still so magnificent in all that she has done for me. She took time out of her schedule and set up a conference video call to my insurance company to make sure they understood that my surgery was necessary to maintain my overall daily health. And she won. I was first denied coverage, but that only lasted until she spoke with them and educated them on the process and urgency of my breast reduction. That is beyond the call of duty to me. Dr. Fifi was recommended to me by multiple close friends on mine. They've all had work done by her and loved the results. As have I! Dr. Fifi from the start has been amazing! As well as her staff. They all have been very sweet and kind about answering my million and one questions. I was very nervous before my procedure and Dr. Fifi has been there for me from the beginning answering all my questions and calming my nervous. She's been very reassuring and great at what she does. I was initially apprehensive walking into a plastic surgeon’s office. It was the last place I expected to find myself after being hurt playing a sport, but I had been referred there by the ER to get my broken nose examined thoroughly. I was brought into the examination room, and met Dr. Afifi, and any skepticism that I may have had was gone after talking to Dr. Afifi for a few minutes. She is genuinely a kind person. I am a few days short of 3 weeks post op from a much wanted and needed tummy tuck and Breast Augmentation. Dr. Afifi is so wonderful! When you meet her you feel like you've known her for awhile. She's a very down to earth professional woman. She takes her time and you feel you are important to her. She will give kisses and hugs and call you "honey bunny". Then, recently after losing some weight, and feeling good about myself and going from size 22 to now a size 14 I felt, It was Time! First person I looked up was Dr. Afifi.
