Dr. Gerson Gluck

I was having a bad experience with West Med and I hated calling and getting some automated system. They felt so cold to me and even my sister who came to an apt with me in the Ridgewood location said that they seemed apathetic. Not what you expect from Pediatricians. So I looked for a local neighborhood Dr and I couldn't be happier. From the front desk to the nurses to Dr. Gluck, everyone is amazing here. You feel that they truly care about you and your child. They know my child, the are so accommodating. Also, I love Dr. Gluck's style, as he is not an antibiotic pusher and will let you combat a cold naturally. I believe this is why my daughter who has been in school since 18 months tends not to get sick much. At 4 years old we have avoided administering antibiotics and to me this was super important because I wanted her to build her immune system. Even the girls in the front desk have given me the best advice on how to deal with fevers and colds. I love their approach and when it comes to small children you need flexibility and care and you get this plus more here. Sincerely Happy Mom of patient :)

Dr. Gluck is a great doctor because he's patient and listens. I would have given five stars but Bruna, the receptionist, isn't so nice. She smiles in your face and says, "oh no, I can't do that" and then does it for another patient. Based on her behavior, I think she's biased against people who aren't from her country because she goes out of her way for them but is nasty to the people of color. Great doctor but Bruna is not. Very helpful doctor

Doctor is thorough and takes his time to talk to you about concerns. This leads to long wait times.

Nice worker and takes care of my kids. And very good Docters

I recently switched to this doctor and went for the first time today and can say had a good experience, like the other reviews say. The staff are quick and friendly, and the doctor is respectful and knows what he is doing. The place itself is also neat and clean. I would recommend this for anyone looking for a pediatrician.

Dr Gluck takes time with his patients. You never feel you are rushed. In his office you get the best of care. Office staff are caring and do their best to accommodate you.
