I have been seeing Dr. Guadagnoli for several years now, I love him so much! he is a Fabulous, Professional Dr. Whom understand, Listens and is very patient and Compassionate, He really cares about his patients... I was missed diagnosed when I was 21 with R/A and he diagnosed me and gave me the rite meds for my diagnosis and I feel great! Thanks to him... he's an angel.. God bless him always... I am sure going to miss him when ever he retires... I saw Dr Bradley Schlussel and I have never felt so dismissed and disregarded. After meeting with me for 15 minutes he told me to “ Be happy it’s Fibromyalgia because it can’t hurt me. Just don’t think about it. “ and told me to see a psychiatrist and therapist! Absolutely no tests done. Ive been under the care of a rheumatologist in NY/NJ for 4 years and recently moved to CT. Dr Guadagnoli is a wonderful physician. He is professional, knowledgeable, and really cares about his patients. He always takes the time to listen to his patients and communicates in a way that you can understand. Lynda Healey

I didn't come to Dr. Guadagnoli's office to see his staff; like most, they are probably overworked and underpaid. This physician is considerate, compassionate, always professional and a remarkable diagnostician. Is he really a rheumatologist?

My mom and me love Dr.Guadagnoli he is so sweet and Amazing. but the front desk are nothing but horrible ,they are rude ,they are so mean and nasty to patient and when you tell them to relate a message to the Manager Judy they never gave it to her ,they act like they will never get pain in there life or ever get old...i already spoke about this to the Manger and obviously they are still there ,so i'm guessing this is okay for them to be so mean and rude.i work in the medical Field myself and i will never be so damn Rude to any of my patient.Judy the manager is very nice and sweet but girl..is time for you to recruit New Front desk..love the doctor and You Judy but the front staff need a new refresh course of how to speak to patient ..without patient you guys will not be getting paid ..PERIOD.... Disaster of an office. Front end staff was beyond RUDE!!! Doctor Gaudagnoli seemed nice enough. Ordered an extensive panel of testing. Follow up was a call from his staff saying “nothing came back abnormal on tests (for lupus). Had to request a copy of results to be mailed. Waste of time. Not impressed with the practice. Not a doctor that cares to get to the bottom of the problem when clearly an autoimmune process is going on. Disaster of an office. Front end staff was beyond RUDE!!! Dr. Guadagnoli is a great listener. He explains treatment options well and has a warm bedside manner.

I think Dr. Guadagnoli is great! He takes his time and listens to you.The girls are not that bad, some are some are not.

I have been seeing Dr. G. For years. I have always found him to be a very competent and compassionate. His knowledge about all arthritic conditions is spot on. He has helped me greatly. And I find his office staff to be friendly and efficient.

Dr. G is a great doctor, but the office staff is the absolute worse, unfriendly, unhelpful, and difficult staff to deal with, the very reason I'm looking for a new Dr.

I trust Dr. Guadagnoli completely. He spends as much time as I need to understand my condition, and how I can manage it. Sometimes the wait is longer than I like but it is completely worth it to wait for a doctor who is quite knowledgeable, caring and patient.

Office is overworked. Always have to be on hold. Sometimes longer than 5 minutes. Doctor runs about an hour late sometimes.

Calling the office is a nightmare. The girls that answer the phone leave you on hold for over 10 minutes at a time without the courtesy of picking up to let you know you haven't been forgotten. Be prepared to listen to dead air.

He was nice in the office, but his receptionists were horribly rude. I was given my results over the phone with no explanation from the Dr. and a nasty attitude from the receptionist when I asked to come get a copy for my records. Sad, because he had so many great reviews.

Great Dr.! Takes the time to truly diagnose and explain everything.

Good luck trying to get prescriptions refilled. Same with insurance issues. Dr G is a nice guy, but that doesn't help with my RA.

Dr. Guadagnoli is thorough and affable. Unlike many physicians, he is unpretentious, which is something I appreciate.
