We had an appointment at 6:15 but didn’t get inn till 8 but I know they are very busy and it’s worth waiting cuz doctors and staff are awesome with my children ??

I work at Ugent care Clinic non stop long hours and lots more work than at a regular clinic and never do I give my patients attitude, the nurse that took us in was very rude she looked frustrated she didn’t even Give me results for the test done in-house she told my 7yr old daughter that we can leave on her way back from the restroom. She turned off the lights even before we felt, I get it you want to go home but what happened to being professional ?? if you can’t handle the job maybe you should stay home

Very good doctor , but very long waiting time to be seen . Most receptionist are rude

The doctor is good. My son went in initially with an upset tummy and diarrhea. He was diagnosed with strep, and the antibiotic made his diarrhea worse. I missed work due to it getting worse. I called the office on Monday and was told that he was fine. But, who in their right mind wants to send their child to school with diarrhea. When we went back for the follow up, I was told that I could only be given an excuse for the day of the visit. Evening front desk employees are useless.

Dr. Orfanos has been the only pediatrician my children have ever seen. He is approachable and accessible. He is open to my questions and doubts. He is never condescending nor rude. I have trusted him implicitly for over 15 years. I love how his reception areas and examination rooms cater to children. He is the best!

I had to go in for the same reason by daughter was sick and to be recommend for something that could be done over the phone. Girl upfront Marybvery rude most of the time and not very helpful unless you get upset

its quick, in and out even if you are a walk in you are not waiting for more than an hour which is pretty quick compared to other clinics

The Doctor is great and so is the nurse practitioner. However the front desk pm girls are horrible! We get there at 8, they say it's one hour wait. Then one hour later it's 3 ppl ahead of us then all of a sudden 10 ppl go before us...what?! We didbt get in the room tI'll 11pm. So, 3hour wait with a one yr. Old that has 102 temp. It's nice to see the dr. Cuz he's good buy really not worth all that there are good dr.s other places... my poor baby waited with a fever 3 hrs to see the Dr.
