I was a first time patient with Dr Henry The office staff was very thorough and friendly Dr Henry was very detail with my past and what will be the present I am extremely impressed with the doctor and his office staff

Very satisfied last visit! Previous visits left a little bit to be desired with front desk staff. Desk and telephone communication.

Recommended by a friend, and was not disappointed. Would definitely recommend Dr Henry to others.

Dr. Henry is always straight-forward, upfront, and transparent about his suggested treatments and prescriptions; he listens to your concerns and symptoms to ascertain the best course of treatment, then waits until you understand and agree before moving forward! He is extremely respectful of your time for every appointment!

Friendly but professional, excellent staff personnel.

Dr. Henry provided a comprehensive overview prior to my procedure, completed the procedure competently and with minimal discomfort to me. He promptly followed up with my other attending physicians and personally called me the next day with results and recommendations.

The entire staff are very friendly an the Dr. really listens to what you have to say.

The staff and Doctor did it all correctly and their effort and expertise are appreciated. Receptionist assisted w/ paperwork and staff accommodated my brother who has issues. Doctor promised straightforward info and is following through. Will see next visit.

As always friendly staff at check in and hardly any wait time Dr Henry is very good at his job and friendly I have recommended him to a lot of people he's been my urologist for about 13 years now a very pleasant experience

Great Doctor and One heck of a staff.

Wonderful reception, thorough examination, expert advice, detail answers and conversation, very satisfied.

Very informative and knowledgeable. Answered all my question. Was very easy to talk to.

Waiting time was short. Was taken to procedure room and set for scope procedure. Dr Henry spoke with us afterwards.

I had a wonderful experience at Ark-La-Tex Urology. The Staff was very nice and friendly and professional. They were a real credit to the services offered. Dr. Henry is an outstanding Urologist and Patients are treated with greatest of care by him.

I was very pleased with the friendliness and professional care I received from all of the staff. I appreciated Dr. Henry’s outgoing nature but mostly his suggestion to initially treat my issues with non surgical methods. I left feeling most confident in Dr. Henry and his staff.

Dr. Henry is great! He has changed my quality of life for the better since I started seeing him. He and his staff are very friendly and take my well being very seriously. I am always doing lab work to verify my levels and treatment maybe tweaked as needed. Again, Dr. Henry and his PA, Dr. Teri have been amazing. Thanks to the entire staff; from scheduling follow ups, reminder calls, and any outside hours help I may need.
