. They don't call to remind you the day before of your appointment. Also doctor Ho don’t care about his Patient I am waiting to get better to switch to another doctor.

Everyone that works here is awesome! They are caring and patient.

Never again will I visit this group. I had an appointment over the phone three weeks ago and when I called they said I didn't have an appt. Okay fine so i made another appointment and was asked questions pertaining to Covid. I informed them I had it in June so they asked the doctor and said i was fine to come in. I come in today at 10:10 for a 10:15 appointment and there are nine people in front of me. They asked if I've been exposed to Covid and once again they have to ask the doctor. Be advised that this group is dysfunctional and difficult to deal with. Go elsewhere. Never again will I visit this group. Building looks run down, always have some issue when I come to this appointment. They also don't call to remind you the day before of your appointment. I am waiting to get better to switch to another doctor.

Dr.Ho and his staff are absolutely top notch and very kind and loving.

I miss this place after moving away. I had the best Rheumatologist and office staff I could ask for. They treated my Lupus Nuephritis and took there time listening and helping me take my health in my own hands.

Have to call repeatedly to get thru. Waited an hour to be seen by the alternate Doctor. Excuse was no rooms available but there were. It took over 3 wks for therapy approval and requested the wrong body part but are denying it, yet I still have not gotten paperwork. I signed in first for follow up appt., but they called my name 3rd, so much for going in order. They insisted on X-rays even though my blood tests were negative and didn’t even X-ray the knees which was one of the major pains. Dr. Ho acted like he was checking my heart rate, pulled out my blouse without telling me what he was doing and put the stethoscope on my heart for literally a few seconds not enough to actually get a heart rate with my shirt stilled pulled open. Then he acted like he was checking my back with the stethoscope but didn’t even leave it there long enough for me to breath in. The Doctor’s assistant was too busy on the computer, so much for having a witness. He disregarded anything I said, expects me to do more blood tests and come back for a follow up, so he can violate me again. Yea right. Pay attention Doctor’s assistant. They make you wait more than a hour to be seen by doctor. Everybody’s time is valuable. At least see the patients by their appointment time.

They are very friendly

Dr. Ho is one of the best Doctors around.

Staff is kind and helpful, Physician is very attentive, knowledgable and polite- my experience has always been a very positive one.

Dr. Ho and his staff have been my care specialist for well over 7yrs and I wouldn't trade them for any anorher I have gotten the up most care from Dr. Ho and all his staff...

My mom has been trying to book a simple appointment and they have been hanging up on her more than 2x. The staff seems to be unprofessional.

First appt on 7-6-17 with Doctor Ho..... Ofc was very busy, but well organized. Waiting time minimal......Ofc staff extremely friendly......Doctor Ho's PA very professional and well versed in Rheumatology.......She took a very thorough history.... Doctor Ho, again very professional....Excellent with explanations re symptoms, lab tests, and trmt plan......Have return appt sch'd........Highly recommend him for Rheumatology care. (My sister is a Phys Asst.....very impressed with him & his ofc)

I started seeing Dr.Ho in this office. I know go to his monterey park office. He is a wonderful dr. He shows care and concern fir his patients. He by far has offered the best treatments and test nessasary to help me be productive as i suffer from fibromialga o highly recommended this great dr.

The worst doctor!!! Stay away there, doctor was bad also office staff are bad. He charged me $250 and said nothing not one word, just follow to the former doctor. Just wast time and money.

Can't say enough good things about this doctor or his staff. They're up-to-date on the latest medicines and studies, extremely caring, and continuously go above and beyond the call of duty. Feel grateful to have found them.
