He's the best doctor I've known. He has treated me when I was young and I'm glad he was able to treat my son also. Never had a problem always friendly and caring. Never rushed us out.

I love Dr. Golner. He and his nursing staff are WONDERFUL. I always prefer him, but hes usually very busy. He was my pediatrician as well as my sisters, cousins, and hes also all 3 of my children's current pediatric choice The office has always been lovely, however today I spoke to a condescending person while trying to book my daughter for a check up. She constantly repeated she could not book me, she then tried to send me to an office I'd never been too, I told her I only visit the 12th St. Location, and she told me to hang up and call back tomorrow, I asked her if tomorrow is Thanksgiving bc I thought it was and she responded , tomorrow's Wednesday, confused I put her on hold to check the calendar myself since she was no help, so then I apologize and admit my wrong, Thanksgiving is Thursday, I was unaware bc I dont celebrate it in my home! The phone call continued to be of no help, I said ok & hung up, If I didnt not love Dr.Golner Senior his many years of great work I would most definitely be finding a different Doctor's office. We absolutely love Dr Berger-he is a great doctor and amazing bedside manner. The low rating is due to the treatment we have received from the billing department and office administrator. There was mistakes in the claims billed and resulted in Phx pediatrics not getting paid by insurance. Our insurance covers 100% of well visits and because there was confusion between the provider and our insurance, they held us responsible for the balance and would not allow me to make an appt for my son is has possible delays in sensory processing and we are eager to see the doctors we have worked with since he was a newborn. They treated me as if I was a delinquent patient refusing to pay an outstanding balance and denied my son care despite knowing it was an issue between the provider and insurance. I’m shocked, disgusted and appalled by their lack of concern for the well being of my child and how unethical this is as a healthcare provider. A great Dr! Cares for his patience and their needs!

He’s been my daughters’ pediatrition for years. He’s great, Staff is great too!

Been going here for 20 years now. My grand children also go here. By far my favorite. I did like it when they were a one stop shop more. Meaning xrays and so on. But, you can’t beat their loving environment and fun doctors. I won’t go anywhere else unless I have an emergancy like er wise. But by far they are my rock stars!!!

He is incredibly nice, respectful, and professional.

He's awesome. My daughter had seen a few doctors before and he was the only one that heard her heart murmur and di something about it. I would definitely recommend. He is very nice and friendly, he listens and is very respectful.
