Gerry Fried is amazing. EMDR helped me from being afraid to drive down the block to driving main interstates again in about sessions. Even several years later, I'm still putting into practice what discussed. I'll forever be thankful for what he did for me

Sometimes people confuse an empathetic therapist, with one that actually has the skill to help you. Mr. Fried was enormously sensitive but but did not know how to do anything about my severe anxiety. There was no actual substance to the sessions, and I kept on suffering. I quit. Next behavioral therapist helped me right away.

I have been a patient of Jerry Fried for over 1 year. He is an excellent resource for learning skills and behavior for dealing with severe anxiety. He is a patient teacher with tremendous insight and training. I highly recommend Jerry Fried!

I have seen psychologists/social counselors since 1989. Jerry is the best I've had for Anxiety, OCD, and social anxiety. One visit and you will know he is knowledgable and well trained. He keeps up with the medical journals, takes short courses, attends conferences, and maintains professional memberships. He recommends books, shows videos, and teaches some concepts on a blackboard.
